Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Staff is Awesome! The Chicken? I don't really care for.the Texas Toast is Tasty! Cole Slaw is Quite Refreshing. Crinkle cut fries YUM! I eat them w ketchup mixed w their hot sauce using a fork to Enjoy!

Jonathan luna was one of the best and friendliness people in at the time, me and my autistic son were over the moon with how quick we got our food. Good job Jonathan!

The prices increased and their quality and quantity decreased. Like whatsup with this tiny raining canes sauce container? It's decreased by half. I don't want that ketchup you're giving, just give me back my sauce and prices

Customer service was poor, she didn't even take the orders correctly and she had so much attitude towards use like it was a bother for her to server us. Bad customer service.

Excellent. Best Canes I've been to yet! Skip Chick-fil-A across the street and come here. Great service and food was piping hot!

If you like chicken fingers then this is hands down the place to go. This is the only place I know that actually beats Chik Filet.

Worse location ever! Ordered ahead so I won't wait in the long lines at lunch. I even called when I arrived and they said they will be right out. After 20 mins I went in to check the status and the manager said "he forgot" and cleared my order! He didn't apologize or anything. Definitely never coming to this location

Never had Raising Cane's before and was curious about it because many of my friends had tried it and recommended it. Seemjng as there's not any in the Los Angeles area, I randomly saw this one while skiing an errand in the OC and decided to try it. The chicken is really good and the sauce that they have got is tasty. The coleslaw was okay and the Texas toast complimented the meal. Try the hot sauce in conjunction with the sauce and its really good. Overall, I will come back to the franchise and recommend it.

My first at Raising Cane's. The chicken was crispy and really moist. The sweet tea was just right (not to sweet). I would most definitely go back

Bad location. I love Cane's and even though this location is closer to my apartment, I drive to the Laguna Hills one instead. The line is always extremely long and difficult to navigate due to the poor planning of the parking lot. They also always, always cheat you. The sodas are never properly filled and they barely give you any fries. You don't get what you pay for here.

Long drive-thru line that went a lot faster than you would expect. Was very surprised how little I actually waited.

Food was great! Chicken was moist, toast was nice and buttery, and the sauce was delightful.

Very disappointed - Tried it twice now and both times everything was luke warm and soggy; toast wasn't even crispy. I'll never go back again, especially with In-n-Out across the street.

I had this for the first time today and I was extremely happy with how good everything was. The texas toast is on another level and that cane's sauce is damn good on that chicken. Great job!

Horrible sevice at the window.
Whe person who took my order took it incorrectly and then snatched my bag out of my hand when she asked for it back and practically threw it at me when she gave us our order back.

Customer service was good, but for someone who’s been going to canes for years it just tasted off.
The toast was way too salty, the sauce was ketchup, the chicken was half the size of usual, and the fries were pretty raw. Hope it’s just an off night

First time here, not bad chicken tenders, have had better, the secret sauce is very good, shame they charge extra for it

Always clean with energetic and friendly staff. This particular experience will be forever embedded in my brain: I must have been wearing my bad day all over my face because the supervisor bought my Caniac Combo! And that is how you do customer service people, he saw a familiar patron with a bad day face and totally reversed my mood. The end of the day sucked too, but at least I had an awesome lunch! Thanks Cane's!

I like the chicken finger sandwich personally, I just wonder where are these incredibly tasty chickens with fingers are found?
Birds with arms is something that bothers me more then a little but if that means I get these delicious finger sandwiches I can live with it. After all you have to face your fears sometime.

But the sauce is pretty good as well,
to much is a bit overwhelming as I found out,
(I do not recommend pouring the entire little sauce cup onto one piece of chicken BTW). The bread is really tasty though it is not a substitute for the chicken sandwich there is a difference between a bun and the bread for this application. However I highly recommend the three finger combo just do not leave the middle finger for last cause that is just rude.

Unlike my little review here the service has been very quick every time I have walked in. Even when they are busy the order comes out faster then I expected leaving me plenty of time on my lunch break to walk back to my truck and eat. Before driving a million mindless miles to the next delivery.

So to sum it up yes I stop here every chance I get when delivering across the street.

And for the TLDNR crowd - 5 out of 5 would recommend.

At this location I always seem to get half cooked and Luke warm fries and the same with the bread. Come on you guys can do better.

A little cold inside, and the parking lot is small and has the drive-thru cutting into it, but otherwise it's clean and the food is good
