Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Clean, open and bright lobby with no odors inside. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking with more space available from neighboring lots that can accommodate larger trucks and RV. Restrooms are available with no access code. Food are done fairly quickly with a friendly staff. Self-service Coke branded fountain drinks. Plastic utensils and napkins available. Drive through can get busy during primetime.

The chicken fingers are getting smaller. I don’t know why I’m paying $13 for half the size of the chicken fingers I used to get and Texas toast is also getting smaller

Horrible customer service at this location. I like the food, but the staff at this location 12/26 10pm were horrible. They were so busy talking to their friend in the car ahead of me, that I had to back up and change lanes to order. Then they were out of cups, and they would only deduct $1 from the combo for not having any drinks. And it took 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. No more.

Great to have Raising Cane’s in SoCal

This place does the chain restaurant justice with minimal wait time and excellent customer service. Tables are kept clean and staff are very kind and friendly. Definitely a go-to spot for fast-food chicken fingers and fries!

Good food with friendly staff but the service was not Quick, so we waited about 15 minutes to get our order.

No atmosphere, but only as we went just as they opened. Weird time, but my daughter had it on her US to do list and we were running out of time. Food tasty, though I always worry about livestock welfare standards in the US food chain.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. The place is spotless and spacious. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The menu is easy to understand and the food is excellent. We have added Raising Cane to our go-to list of favorite restaurants.

Great food, little expensive but you do get a good amount of food. Overall a great place to take the family.

I’ve heard from friends how good their food was, so I had to try it. We dined in and the decor was interesting, this location was kept pretty clean even with the dinner rush. The staff were friendly and service was fast. They serve fried chicken tenders and I did like the crispy batter, but it wasn’t seasoned. They have a tangy dip for the chicken which adds the flavor. The coleslaw was fine, I did like the fries. Overall the food was good, it was just a bit lacking in taste for me.

THE BEST CHICKEN EVER! My wife and I LOVE this place (and she is a chicken connoisseur.we love this chicken SO much that we went here for our rehearsal lunch!

Raising Cane's has me in a chokehold currently. That Texas Toast, Cole Slaw and Sauce is Everytime I get the opportunity I'm going to treat myself

Raising Cane's is the go to place for us and the kids but unfortunately this was not the case tonight on 9/30/23 @ 8: 38pm I don't know how they dropped the ball but the chicken strips had NO flavor. It was so bad that I got heart burn from it! I never get heartburn!
To top it off the kid with the glasses at the register needs some training on his customer service. Apparently he told my wife that next time she better ask for lemonade at the beginning of her order.
How about saying, excuse me mam just to let you know the lemonade is extra charge. Don't wait till I walk off to make that comment!
We have no problem paying for anything that is extra charge.
Overall the worst experience I've had at a Raising Cane's!
Too bad they all cannot be the same. We will stick to the one in Ontario even if we have to drive 20min!

Unbelievably horrible service by the manager. The last three times I’ve ordered they have messed my order up. Today was my birthday and my wife treated me and the family to canes. So we ordered two of the four piece combos one three-piece combo a kids meal and a sandwich combo. We get our food head to the house sit down to eat, and what do you know? Missing the three-piece combo but got two sandwich combos. Don’t get me wrong the girls to take your orders are very nice and my order was rang up correctly. When I call the manager, I get attitude she made me feel like I was lying, so I take my receipt head back which means on my birthday I don’t get to eat dinner with my kids because while they’re eating I’m driving back across town to get my order fixed. And then when I get there the manager doesn’t even have enough professionalism to come out and apologize to me. She’s sitting in the back, staring at me talking on her cell phone. Unbelievable never again will I give this place my money. It is 7pm on September 19th so whatever manager is working at this time has to go she doesn’t care about her job or the customers at all

They hit my car and gave me free box combo cards for compensation and it didn’t work. And then proceeded to decline me a free meal, after you hit my car? Doesn’t seem like proper service to me. The first gal gave such attitude and wasted our time. Our fries were soft by the time we got our meal. Disappointed in the customer service. Canes says they care for customers? I guess Chick-fil-A is the move instead…

If you are going to do something.do just that. Then do it better than everyone else.

I can say beyond a doubt that I enjoyed my trip to Cane's this past Monday. The food was very good and the service was also good as well. For me it is a weekly treat that look forward to doing in the near future. My next visit to Cane's will be on Sept 18 and having that delicious food which consist of chicken fingers and fries not to forget the delicious Texas toast. For me just texting about makes me kind of hungry for this good food however I shall wait until this upcoming Monday for this visit. I want to thank the main manager and the staff for their efforts and for helping prepare the delicious food that I and many other people have come to know and enjoy very much. Thank you all very much for being a part of this. Looking forward to my next visit.
