Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers reviews
17My mom found a fly in her cole slaw and rude employees refused to refund us. Food quality is bad, but the service? Much worse. No utensils were given with our order. Definitely NOT worth the 15+ minutes of waiting in the long drive thru line.
We love this place! Its soo good and the manager is always coming outside asking how is our food, we feel welcome!
If you’re going to place an order online, I repeat, DONT DO IT. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND WORKERS ARE RUDE. I went in today for a pick up online order which I waited at the pick up parking for 30 minutes. Called the restaurant twice to see if my order was ready. Just to find out I had to go inside for them to start my order and waited an additional 10 minutes. HIGHLY UPSET with this place. I hate getting my time wasted. This place needs better customer service. Lastly, I asked for an additional sauce and was charged. After the wait, I had to pay for sauce. That’s insane. I won’t be back to this location. Super packed all the time. Don’t waste your time coming to this place.
It was packed but it went fast!
Bomb good as always
I have no complaints tbh
You can’t be mad that it’s packed when it’s bomb food
Every Canes restaurant I've ever been to there is always A-line that's how good it is. On this particular night we went at 1: 45 a.m. Thinking there wasn't going to be A-line and we were completely wrong there were at least 12 cars ahead of us even knowing that they close at 2: 00 a.m.
Long as line for an average chicken fast food restaurant. I was really disappointed I waited about an hour. My cousin live in Louisiana, so she was like you have to try cane's chicken which I did. We also ask the cashier to give extra ketchup and dressing which she did not gave us anything. I'm sorry cane's chicken but you are not for me.
The line is stupid long. But that doesn’t Kill the high rating. The chicken fingers here are some of the best I ever had and that canes sauce is crack like. Addicting. This place is well worth the hype and I feel that that sauce is what does it. You can only get this flavor here. Ohh and the toast is just the icing on the cake
Horible service they always get my order wrong. I officially made up my mind not to come here anymore. Waste of money save your time.
I don't get the hype for this place. From day 1, they have had long lines around the clock. Everyone raves about the sauce. The drive up planning was not thought out well. Patrons block the mall parking entrance, then get fired up when people ask them not to block the driveway. OK that's because other drivers have been known to jump the line in the drive through, LOL. Overall, great place for late night eats i Downey-most places close by 9: 30/10pm here.
I tried the chicken strips here, and I thought it was alright. This is like the same how I feel about Chick-Fil-A. Thus, KFC was better to be real honest.
Consistent quality but poorly designed for the amount of people who want food at the same time. Go when it's slow and you will be happy. Go when it's busy and you will run over people to get that chicken!
Love coming to this place, but on weekdays only before the local schools get out. After that good luck getting a table and the line surely curves around the block. Oh and the drive thru line is even worst.
You can’t never go wrong with Canes! My favorite place since it was opened! Always been satisfied! Even though it’s always busy and crazy inside, they have never messed up my order! Very friendly staff and great food! RECOMMEND to everyone!
Very good place to come and get chicken strips ive came here multiple times. The only thing that brings me back is the SAUCE its just that good fast and friendly service too. Other than that chicken alone without the sauce nothing too special about it tbh. Lemonade is just right not too sweet and not too bitter. Expect long lines depending the time of day.
I just drove 1.5 hrs to taste this “amazing chicken” that I’ve heard so much about. I must say the chicken is good but not the hype that it claims. Had to try this chicken house out— it’s good just not so amazing!
Always super busy, but I get my food within minutes of ordering. Good chicken fingers. Cane’s sauce is the secret.
