Grocery Store Raley's reviews
16 Again, lines were 15 people deep, down the aisle. No express lane open and two of the self checks were not functioning…
For being only one of two major grocery stores in the area, you’d think they would hire more checkers for this store…
Don’t go if you need to be quick.
90% of the time they have everything on my list. Most recent visit had several issues at self-checkout, longer lines than usual. Go to place for many junk food items and drinks that other local chains don't carry. Great bakery, deli, meat department and produce also comparable to other stores in the area, but normally all sourced locally.
Some of the best employees work at this location! There's always someone close by if I need help finding something. Every employer in the meat department are very accommodating. Cashiers are quick and sociable. I live in Rocklin and make a drive to the Lincoln location for these reasons.
Always a very clean store. Only pitfall today was there were so many vendors stocking shelves and making it impossible to 1-get down the isles and 2-see the shelves if we could get down the isles. Edit: Out Out Out of everything. Not a.good.trip
Clean aisles, friendly staff, prices comparable to other grocery stores. Great flower selection, and fresh fruits and vegetables
Can’t even enjoy shopping here. The produce guy Mike is constantly screaming and swearing. Very disappointing for a grown adult, you guys really gotta do something about Mike!
I've always liked the variety of foods, brands and sizes Raley's carried but they are carrying more and more of their own brand, significantly cutting down on the variety they used to have. Their prices are higher than other local stores too.
It just seems to me the most of the employees that work in the café area and the deli area are not happy people very rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you stand there and you’ve made eye contact, they still walk by and won’t greet you. I just think that if they’re that unhappy at their job, they should get a new one and definitely not work with the public. This has happened to me not only on one occasion but multiple occasions and after speaking with the store manager yesterday, I told him that I would not be shopping there any longer, because their employees need a better attitude and customer service skills.
Great store very clean very wide isles very big selection this store has it all you will love show here
This is the store with the best customer service expirience in Lincoln! I shop here at least 2 times a week.
The store is always well organized and the staff is always very helpful. The prices are getting out of hand but unfortunately that seems to be the common theme now for everything.
Amazing staff, clean. Good selection.
Everyone is helpful, and so nice. They are an exceptional grocery store!
Clean, well organized store but prices are mostly on the high side and variety is not what it used to be. Carrying a lot of their own brand stuff now.
Everytime I visit location the store is very clean and all items are stocked properly and staff is very helpful!
Thank you!
If your CHILD finds Herbie the Hedgehog, tell your cashier where he's hiding & they will get a little candy prize. Such a cute idea for the kiddos.
I stopped here Friday night for milk and bread. Decided to buy a rotisserie chicken and some grapes. Then potato salad. A few other other things but we found everything to be so high priced we decided to stop looking. When we got home the chicken skin was like rubber, no crispness at all, it was dry, under-seasoned and overdone. The grapes were sour and the potato salad had strange ingredients, which I’m usually open for but it was just odd and inedible. Times are tough enough, I won’t be going back.
(I also had my hubcaps stolen at dusk while parked in a handicap parking place a few months ago.)
