Raley's, Modesto CA

Love this store and many things about it. My only reasoning behind the 4 stars is I think they could do something little better with some of the pricing
Other than that, I really enjoy my shopping experiences here at Raleys.

One of the best grocery stores in Modesto. Very clean and well organized. Prices over the past years have gotten a lot more competitive with the other high quality grocery stores in the area. The weekly sales are excellent along with their sale items through the app. Love the employees and the selections. 5 stars because they have earned it.

I like Raleys. They have everything I need. Everything is always in order and clean. All the produce are fresh!

Only gave this place two stars because the store is clean. Tonight I went to shop at Raleys and found a few items that were marked down. When I went to self checkout to scan all of my items the barcode didn’t work. The worker named Colin who was older and balding was so rude to me for no reason. He said I couldn’t do the self checkout because “it will take all day”. When I have gone to other Raleys stores and they just punch in the marked down price. He’s lazy and smelt like body odor. He then says I can’t use self checkout in a rude tone and is like never do that again. It was like he’s scolding me. Anyways we go over to his checkstand and he throws my groceries onto the belt. So rude Colin I hope you loose your job.

Not a friendly experience at all. The only something extra I got today was attitude and being mugged by your employee.

This is a review for just their Pharmacy inside the grocery store.

I needed a med refill last minute as someone out of state and they were able to fill it the same day. When it came down to paying, I was also able to use a GoodRX card to help discount the price by a lot. Overall, I really appreciate the service and speed at which they were able to do for me. The staff were great with answering questions and helping me out. 10/10

Good grocery store with very helpful staff. Slightly overpriced but still a good place to shop at overall.

I’ve always had good interactions with the workers here, especially the ones that tend to me at register. I try to stay reserved and not say much beyond the basic requirement, but usually the person at register will ask me how my day is, or what I’m making with the usually obscure group of things I’m buying at the same time. This usually turns into a good conversation pretty fast where both me and the cashier finish up with a good smile or quick laugh. And they’re always able to wrap up the conversation in a timely manner (I hate ending conversations because I feel like I’m making someone feel like I don’t want to talk to them which makes me feel bad lol). Great customer service every single visit.

I really was appalled by the 3 woman working in deli and Pete's coffee they were rude and treated me as if I were bothering them by simply ordering a coffee from coffee shop and sandwiches from deli they had rude vulgar attitudes one called the other sis so maybe some relationship. I know that this store will never get business from me or anyone in my family and we do 95 %of our shopping there this was the last straw stuck up snobs is what that store is

Finally found a reliable source for German Bologna! Loved the white cheddar cheese, and the good selection of meats and cheeses. Also, checked out a few deli selections; their chili rellenos were huge and delicious!

Not my usual store for shopping, and most items are more expensive.
Ailes are narrow.

I purchased overpriced roses for my Mom's headstone but the bouquet was beautiful and the store clean and had a good amount of choices of flowers.
