Raley's, Fair Oaks CA

Ablation loved this place. But recently the guy in produce picking his dreads over my produce. Yuk. I won't go back there. Bad hygiene in exposed produce is a deal breaker. Trust broken.

This Raley's is wonderful, fully wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking. The employees I have interacted with are professional in demeanor, courteous, polite, and very caring of their customers. I read some of the other reviews that talk about higher than normal prices. I just moved here from the Bay area and thought I had gone to discount heaven!

I look closely at all produce in the store and have not seen any bad stock on the shelves or coolers. Great job in produce people, it is tricky to know when to take stuff out of rotation for a loss in profit.

I cannot tell the difference between Raley's store brands and name brands. I frequently buy both together to do taste comparisons, I will stick with the Raley's brand products.

Great job all around you folks, they can keep the Costco's and other big box stores, I will stick with Raley's.

Service is outstanding but the food is overpriced, produce is hot or miss, they don’t carry spring water and the hot Chinese food quality went way down this past year.

Fast check out. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The store is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are 2 of my favorite products. Excellent selection items in the produce department. The meat and seafood department has a nice variety of items.

Today I was out gathering signatures to get on the ballot, and I decided to stand out in front of Raley's. Got to meet some interesting people, and the staff were all friendly and nice.

But then the store manager, Peggy, came outside, told me that signature gathering wasn't allowed, told me that I had to leave, and that this was private property. When I tried to talk to her about it, she just stormed off.

I don't know how much money this store is making, but if that rude exchange is any indication of her job performance, the store would be doing even better without Peggy running things.

Also, this is California, we have the right to gather signatures at shopping centers like this one. Not only was she rude, but she was wrong about her right to kick me out of the parking lot.

I can't imagine running a business that way and treating a loyal customer in that fashion.

She didn't even say hello and introduce herself, let alone provide any customer service.

I expect more from Raley's.

The ladies in the wells Fargo bank are the best always cash my ckeck there always feel extremely comfortable going there

Right near me and its my go to store convenient for me. When they have sales they have sales and rewards are great for members

Their prices are getting so very high. We used to get our groceries here but it has gotten to costly. And the pharmacy has changed the supplier for my medication, and I do not care for the new side affects that I am experiencing, something I never had before.

My neighborhood store! And I love it! Always fresh vegetables, fruit and meats, and a wonderful selection of just about everything. This is my go to market not only because it's a few blocks from my home, but they have everything I need especially for last minute items. And the staff are ALWAYS super nice and helpful. And bonus they have a Pete's Coffee!

I just love the customer service at this store. They have grocery delivery to your house and the staff do a great job making sure your order is accurate and you have a chance to substitute any out of stock items.

If you're working on a budget, then you don't want to shop here. It's a beautiful and clean store with a large selection, but the pricing on everything is ridiculously high, which includes there sale items. So if money isn't a thing, then you'll love this store. Just plan on spending some time trying to find items, because there's no real logical reason they have items placed in the areas they do.

I always get my produce from Raley’s, they always have great sales. Their staff are also very kind and helpful when I have a question.

I've been going here with my family since I was little and a lot of the same people that worked there then work there now and they greet me and treat me like family. I refuse to go to any other store, the workers here are so amazing and kind to everybody. I seriously love them!

Amazing selection of groceries and other merchandise, with prices better than I expected in California. Produce was top notch.

Upside, personally very convenient location, staff seems to get along well which creates a comfortable atmosphere. Downside is prices are on the high side

Prices are outrageous and the quality is no better then WalMarts.it is a shame it's so easy to slap an organic label on things and charge three times the normal price.they should be ashamed.

My go to store for pretty much all of my groceries, paper towels and pretty products. I'm there at least 3 times per week and I'm always in and out without any long wait time. Great store!

A little expensive but great quality. Also pays its workers competitively! Feels good to support a company like this.

Sometimes understaffed, with long wait times in line. Lacking in quality vegetarian and non-gmo options. Most times i leave frustrated.
