Rally's, El Cajon CA

Service was fast even though they were busy. It was cold for the workers as they are a walk-up and all the windows are wide open so very proud of those guys. Food was hot and prices are competitive.

Food is Ok.
Sevice is good. Open late.
Sitting outside at night is relaxing and pleasant when there is no trafiic.

Atmosphere what you were thinking rallies had that. It was not good. I'm not looking to go back.

I went through the drive through.
Only 2 cars in front of me so it was relatively quick and they got my order correct so that's a major plus.

It's your run of the mill fast food joint. Decent variation of choices. Lot and drive thru kind of tight and small but otherwise no complaints.

The ice cream was kinda melted, they forgot two large fries, and they didn’t give us ranch that we ordered. The drive-thru was also closed two hours before the store was with no indication. The worst rally’s experience we’ve had.

Rally's was a family favorite for years, so we were excited to see one in El Cajon. The cashier was friendly and the service was quick. Thankfully, the French Fries are still delicious! The Wicked Strawberry Swirl ice cream cone was good.

Unfortunately we were disappointed in the rest of the food we received. They now offer a Texas Loaded Fries option. The portion was large and they were okay.

Sadly, I took one bite of the cheeseburger and spit it out. The meat was terrible, it tasted rotten.

There are many good reviews for this location, so maybe we just caught them on a bad evening.

Ordered two (2) double rally burgers, fresh and a milk shake. Got a rally burger, a spicy chicken burger, fries and the shake. Typically this Rallys is right on and fast. I guess we all have bad days.

Rally's is an amazing food spot that beats out most of the big names in fast food. Quality, taste, and price and the fries are second to none here! Worth the trip everytime, bring your appetite and enjoy.

This Rallys is my favorite Rallys to go to by far. They are always so fast and diligent, they never screw up your order, and they do all their hard work with big smiles on their faces! They are always polite to the customers, and the drive thru line could be around the block, but they get people in and out super quickly, you hardly have to wait in line at all. All around I give this Rallys a 5 star rating for sure! So Thank You Rallys, and keep up the AMAZING work you guys!
I can't wait to eat there again!

Been visiting this Rally's since 2016. After yesterday's visit, I won't ever go back.

Rally's staff in El Cajon is always rude. They get your order wrong fifty percent of the time. And now they thought it would be a good idea to introduce a new feature, the A. I powered voice bot that takes your order.

Trust me, I get why they introduced this new feature with all the labor shortages these days and an unfriendly staff at most facilities but wow! Someone should have tested it before rolling it out.

When I pulled up to order my food and seen the sign stating "please be patient, we have a new robot staff that is in training". I instantly thought, I wonder if this is going to be anything like paying my credit cards by phone.it was!

I asked for a Bacon brewhouse Mother Cruncher. And the AI bot says a "classic mother cruncher". I repeated my order 2 more times, but very slowly. The AI bot kept getting it wrong. At that point, I'm thinking I might as well just park and walk up to the window, so I did. And unsurprisingly, a rude @@*#^% lady opens the window. "What do you need today? "

I'll stop there.

I will say this. My order was filled right and it was fresh, so thank you rude lady and staff. However, that will be my last experience with that location.

I hope everyone else's interactions are better than mine.

My order was all screwed up with some of the order was missing and things I didn't order in it's place, and the wait time was ridiculous. I felt like I was ordering from the Jack in the box on 2nd Street in El Cajon I won't go back there I will go to the Rally's in Santee instead.

Every single time I go to this place they mess up the order terribly! Maybe next time I should order a hamburger and I might get my chicken sandwich.

Excellent Staff but the quality of food and the cost adds up quick. Excellent Menu but feel Sonic has them by overall dining experience and price.

Really disappointed I'm sure the mayonnaise was rotten it was Yellow and tasted bad it smelt rancid I tried to eat it but it was too nasty now I'm not feeling good I called to tell them but they could careless

Legit the worst Rallys I've gone to. Both me & my friends fry's were soggy cold and old. They remade hers and gave her fresh frys but when I told them how mine were cold old and soggy and also the bacon cheddar loaded fry instead of the garlic Parm he refused to remake mine and said they are cold and soggy because I'm arguing with him. Also I tried to order some apple pies they said they only had one. Like okay can you make more or? Seriously seem like a bunch of teenagers working in there that dont know how to cook food properly probably not even certified to handle it. Also they forgot my chocolate cheesecake sundae and by that point I didn't trust them handling my food so I had them refund it. So annoying because I love the Parm Fry's and had the munchies so bad. I am done going to that location the food was shwagg along with the service.
