15Love Rally's fries, plenty of inexpensive combo meals. Double drive thru keeps wait times low, optional walk up window as well. Conveniently located next to Arco gas station.
This place is a hit or miss. Twice they didn't give me my drink with my meal and a receipt. Asked for it before paying and they said, "you get your receipt when you get your meal. " My food came 25 minutes later with no receipt. Asked for my drink and they said I didn't order one. Never coming here at night again because they can't take orders properly. Morning and lunch is alright, that's why it's a 3 star.
Actually, for a fast food restaurant, Rally's does a decent job. Good shakes, tasty fries and a variety of chicken sandwiches burgers and fish sandwiches, all tasty compared to the competition.
This is the worst Rally's / worst fast food I have ever been to.staff is lazy and rude and poorly managed.food is always ruined and horrible.just sad they don't do something about this location
Was stuck in drive thru for at least 15 min. Some guy tried to open both passenger doors on my truck after trying the guy behind us as well
This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve went there and received cold, premade fries. Rally’s used to have the best tasting fries in my opinion but now they’re my last choice
The food and service is okay. There is no bathrooms. There’s small tables to eat at outside on. It’s more of a drive through then a sit down fast food joint.
Customer service is not mature enough, i dont want to hear about L&HH atlanta when i pull up to pay, not sure how clean things r in that pack lil spot man i couldnt work there, over all the food is bomb
Got my order wrong twice. Went home with half my food cold and still wrong order! Tried to call.never answered. Terrible service!
Food was soggy wrong order and almost refused to make it right while holding the receipt. Disappointing
So good the frys are my big reason to return, I'm actually happy they brought back something like the funnel cake.that was Smack'n
The food was good, the strawberry shake was awesome. Only problem was the employees were rather unfriendly. Granted they were busy but still could have been somewhat polite.
Employees was rude and could not get my order right at all. I had to ask 4 different times for the same order. At one point no one wanted to take my order until the next person ordered, which was a friend of mine. The super visor on duty even ignored me. I'm a huge rally customer, but this location deserves to have the store manager on down to the fired and retrained.
