Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
19 Underground parking; shade & elevator for accessibility.
Bank & Starbucks in store. 3/29/2021: bank is closed, probably due to covid-19 space restrictions. 5/31/2021: bank seems to be open again.
Was there 5 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t let me go in to buy painkillers for my migraine.
I've shopped here since 2011 and despite having several local competitors, I always shop at this location. They have the best selection of very fresh and affordable produce, as well as overall competitive prices, filled shelves, friendly staff, clean floors/surfaces, and ample parking. Nelson is a standout employee that always remembers customers and takes pride in his work; a great example of who it takes to be a face of a company.
Stay away from the deli. Last night I wanted to get fruit pastries for my friend’s birthday. The associate’s back was turned to me as she wiped down the same spot on the counter over and over again. I politely said, “excuse me” 3 times. She couldn’t possibly be ignoring me. Finally she LITERALLY throws her hands in the air and rolls her neck at me. I was so stunned I said nevermind. The people at the deli have never been pleasant but this was a new low. Disgusting customer service. She purposely ignored me and didn’t care to pretend she gave a damn about her job.
I've shopped at other stores as I was growing up but by far this RALPH'S has been the very best store of all!
The Cleaning, Nicest, Fairest with prices.
Thank You so very much RALPH'S!
Deli employees are nice but the Deli Mgr needs ro be fired! Everytime i come here there is one person making sandwiches and one person slicing meats! 30 min wait. Deli mgr was not nice when this was brought to her attention!
I wish the cashier would acknowledge my prescence say hello instead of continuing talking to the bagger. RUDE.
It's fine, but there is a difference in how we're treated, when serviced by certain staff members
Awesome staff very helpful and courteous. Go out of there way to help you find what your looking for. Love this Ralphs location.
This is a winner! Fast and friendly service, from the workers on the floor, cashiers and the pharmacy, you can't go wrong going there. Easy parking, quick access and all on Wilshire. This place is a winner in my eyes.
They had a really good amount of fresh organic fruits and vegetables and healthy snacks. I'm never disappointed when I shop here. I also like how they have the packaged fresh fish out, so I'm able to buy fish even when the poultry dept is closed.
Very good neighborhood grocery store. Never run out of stuff you're looking for. Plus digital coupons and fuel rewards are great. Staff is also great except for once in a while bad service.
One stop shopping, very nice and organized and they have lots of produce nice and fresh those are drive parking lots downstairs, and it's very busy
One of the better Ralphs, the only issue besides not opening 24 hours like once before is the Lottery kiosk, the lottery portion will do multiple draws even if your intention is to play one drawing so beware of that. By the way on a whole Target has better prices which is a shame since grocery is not their main thing, for that 4 stars for Ralphs.
Ralph's is always a consistent solid grocery store experience, I always recommend a trip to Ralph's. Almost always clean and the staff has a dedication to customer service. It's my fallback grocery store in all situations and you'll find one in pretty much every neighborhood.
Always a good experience. The local shoppers make sure of it. The staff is content so they try their best to help you out. Every now and then U get the occasional crazy transient but hey.it's LA.
Nice, clean, good selection, healthy produce section, but I like the Ralph's on Sunset better. Just a little more customer friendly over there. Overall, I would return to this location.
Nice selection of food and produce is always fresh. Underground parking is free but still annoying getting into an elevator with a shopping cart.
