Ralphs, Los Angeles CA

This is a Super SUPER MARKET.
Fantastically huge with great parking. They are adjacent to Wells Fargo and across the street from the library. I love bathrooms. They are very CLEAN and they also have a "family" bathroom for single use.

The sushi / deli section is truly the best.making fresh sushi on the spot while have a VERY extensive deli section. You have your choice of many meats, hot food and a large bakery kiosk.

This is the best Ralphs or supermarket in the Valley.
I'd even stretch and say the best supermarket you will shop at in LA county. If anyone knows of a better one, let me know!

Marian at the checkout is a very nice and patient gentleman. Been here for years, and he’s the best employee I have seen so far

The mama of all ralphs - HUGE! Great selection of kosher meats and pastries. Overall they have everything any other - but a much bigger selection of it Thanks!

When I first went to Ralphs I didn't know where to start from. This place is very huge and they have really great high quality product and freshness. They have everything that you need, and they have specials. The staff is super friendly and polite. When you try to find something and you cannot find it they take you to find the product. I think that is really nice that they take time to help you find it. I have try different things and I been extremely happy because they taste very delicious, and the flavor is amazing. When it comes to finding things you need at home they have a big section you can choose from.

I was getting rung out by the sweetest woman named dom with nice curls, I was buying a flower for my mom but I’m clueless at these things so I picked anything. When I tell you she probably owns 5 gardens by the way she explained why this flower was the best choice I couldn’t believe it lol. I hope to see her again so she can help me pick out the next ones:)

I have been treated like a criminal more than two of my visits for no valid reason other than the fact that I’m a tall man. I regularly shop here but I am seriously considering never setting foot in a Ralph’s again.

I just bought baby wipes that cost 2.20 $, but the cashier rounded my price up to 3.00 $. I could've got the 3.00 baby wipes, but I got the ones for 2.20 $ to save the rest. Not for a cashier just to tell me that she rounded up, and that it's already done, and too late to change it up. Go in my behalf, and if you owe twenty cents. Just tell them to round it up on my behalf. It's on me, and whoever else let their money be taken away. She had plenty of change by the way. I saw it, but they'll take you down to brown town if you let them.

Charlisa is thee best check out person ever. She has great energy.she is quick and makes great conversation. Shout out to Charming Charlisa

This Ralph's location is most definitely beautiful with a great selection. Personally I like a smaller store that's easier to get in and out of but to each their own. I had a negative experience here due to a lack of good customer service and a lack of integrity. I called the store around 8 p.m. In the evening to see if they had snow crab legs. It was my birthday and what I treat myself and my family to every year. He said they did I called himat 8: 15 p.m. And told them that I would be there before 9. What is what time they close. The meat area. I got there a couple minutes before 9.you let me know that they did not have any more problems and gave me the king crab legs of the snow crab legs price. I did some more shopping to get to the register and when I went to go pay a manager refused to honor what the butcher hat priced it for.at this point it was 9: 30 my family was waiting to have dinner because nowhere else that can go to purchase what I need I explain my situation to them and they did not care. They ruined my evening my birthday my dinner. This is not good business practice. It's completely inconsiderate and unfair.their employees made a mistake took me out of my way ruined my evening and they did absolutely nothing to make up for it and didn't even apologize

Poor shopping experience this a.m. @8. Two checkout staff not sufficient. People lined up down the aisles. I tried to find staff to open another checkout. Only found vendors. Decided to try self checkout for the first time. A young Male staff tried to get me started but clearly had other duties. Couldn't scan my wines. He tried but could not give me my grocery discount. No bags. Mine in the car dt: covid. He consulted others & was able to give the discount. I spent almost $200. Not worth it.

Josh from the specialty cheese counter made GREAT suggestions. The truffle pecorino with the cracked pepper wafers and a bit pf prosciutto makes a wonderful plate! Thanks for the recommendation!

First ralphs ive ever been to that feels more like an upscale mall.every shelf was fully loaded giving the place such a lively vibe.what really made my day was how the manager went out of his way to fond something for me and not giving up until we did.such amazing service and feel good vibes

This store has Connie Avalos as an employee here. Connie Avalos is a jealous manipulating coward gang informant and she has no sex morals. This is such a beautiful store but it's shocking of some of the scum they have working here.

It's a really nice Ralph's. Has basically every you need and it's clean. A very huge parking lot and easy access from multiple stress (Ventura Hazeltine and Moorpark)

Largest grocery store I've ever been in. Very crowded on Sunday, but quick check out and helpful staff.

I love this Ralph's. I can always find what I'm looking for and if its not on the shelves, a Ralph's employee will gladly check in the back or suggest an alternative.

Finally~ brand new build to suit Ralph market. 2 floor of parking structure. Market is on the 2nd floor. HUGE market! Very spacious, definitely need more time to navigate and find the merchandise.

Love the Kosher section~ First time we have ever seen! Many staffs are on duty and constantly on the floor if we need any assistance.

It is not any more the Ralphs we're I like to shop, for my market groceries! I miss a lot of what a nid!

LOVE the fact it has various kind of food from different countries, organic to various healthy food. Deli section is AWESOME! The store is ALWAYS clean, employees are so friendly &efficient! The parking is AWESOME! Just LOVE coming here in the morning do errands & to top that, they have Starbucks!
