Just left there. First off if you bring your own bags you have to bag your own groceries. But if you buy them the they will back them for you. Now they won't even put them in your cart for you. They charge way more than the other stores and they don't even give you full service. They suck!

Worst ralph in LA, they make you use self check out, and people that suppose to help you, don't help you at all

Since they are open earlier than most, I love this grocery store. We have a wide variety of their things, new fruit, and meats. Compared to those I went to earlier, their rates were also much more affordable. The staff is good too, and compared to other grocery stores, I find it refreshing to do my shopping here. Highly advised!

The Starbucks has horrible service but the actual store is awesome. The self check out makes it a smooth trip to the store.

Open until 1am. Popular with USC students so they have an huge selection of beers (2 aisles!), wine + liqour. Hot, freshly made fried chicken to die for in the deli + made-to-order sandwich counter. Big bakery too. Plenty of ready-to-eat foods of every kind available here upfront. Extensive selections of brands, sauces, seasonings, exotic ingredients. Vegan foods in back of produce area too. Organic produce. Seasonal holiday decor + treats available in center. Coolers, folding, chairs, thermos cups, etc too. If u can't find it here, you'll have to go to a specialty store because they have most of what u will revert need.

Pretty good location. Parking is plentiful and free in the parking structure. I've never had to line up to get in during COVID. If you see a line outside it's usually for the bank that's inside the Ralph's.

So far I haven't encountered anyone here without a mask, which is pretty great considering the ridiculous "immortals" that sometimes run into stores sans face covering and ignore all the signs/cautions around them.

Sometimes I do feel like the lines are too long here though, and it can feel like a struggle to maintain 6' from others. Fret not though - the lines move faster than you'd think!

Contrary to some of these previous reviews, I am disappointed by the safety precautions at this Ralph's location, as they simply let shoppers in without masks (I saw at least 5 unmasked shoppers around 8pm on 6/11/20), and even after a security guard walked past 2 of these shoppers and I got his attention, he shrugged and said "he can't do anything. " I brought it up to the cashier - they said that the manager refuses to enforce the mask policy.

I have been to numerous Ralph's in the vicinity during the COVID19 safety precautions, and have personally witnessed numerous shoppers either a) refused at entry, b) given a medical mask to wear by one of the employees, or c) had it announced over intercom that shoppers with no masks will be refused service at checkout.

If it is true that the manager is refusing to enforce the mask policy, as one of the cashiers says they are, this Ralphs store is seriously putting many community members' health at risk.

Angel the manager on duty was dismissive and extremely rude. I came into the store to return a boxed item that was never opened, because I bought a few and after tasting it realized I didn't like it.so I decided to return the others that I bought and get something else. Ralphs has always done returns, so I called and asked to make sure and was told yes just bring it in for store credit since I didn't have my receipt anymore. I bought the item three days ago and I used my Ralphs card when I purchased it so they could look it up to see I just bought it there a few days ago. In walking in the store I asked a lady bagging items where should I go for a return and she said "just get in line, and any checkout person can do it for you. " So, I waited in line and the lady cashier said she could only return chicken or produce in the pandemic, which makes absolutely no sense since this was a sealed non expirational item. I told her that I called and she directed me to talk with her manager Angel. From the moment I said hi to him and started asking about doing a store credit, he was dismissive and extremely rude. He brushed me off and when I told him I spoke with someone he said, "well it wasn't me, I don't know who you called". At this point the bagging lady said she directed me to wait in the checkout line to do the return. And he said, she didn't know what she was talking about and she should had never said that. At that point I asked him if there was someone else I could talk to and he said I should try Micheal or Jay. So I asked if he could direct me to where I could find them and he said I'm the highest manager here now, so I could come back some other day. I told him I thought he was very RUDE, and he said "OK, I don't care" and turned his back on me to do something else. The way he spoke to the other employees and his lack of customer service skills is appalling! I will try to get in tough with Micheal another manager at this location later this week. Hopefully he will be professional instead of like Angel, who has an attitude and who should never be in a managerial position.

Despite the lack of parking, I love this store. Everything is fresh. Plenty of variety. To me, Ralph's has the vibe of a small town friendly store -even though it's located in the heart of a bustling city.

Good stock and usual prices, very clean. Being next to USC, though, is always very busy in the evening and lines are long.

Good sales and customer service. On certain days/nights can be crowded due to USC students and rush times.

The security guard today followed me to the cash machine less than 5 ft from the door, stood to the side while I deposited money to my acct. Once finished she walked back to the Entrance/Exit and waited for me to leave. What a FREAKING WEIRDO!

Good place to shop, use their digital coupons which are a great bargain. They have a deli counter with great options. The soups are delicious at their salad bar

This location has a free shuttle, so if you don't own a car and have to walk there, you can get a lift home with your groceries.
