Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
33They have everything I needed. Not only that but I came back the next day to buy one of the beautiful fat steaks I saw on my first visit.
I've been working for instacart, therefore I have to visit this location at least 3 times a day. I had multiple bad experiences checking out, the cashier CLAUDIA B is extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated against because she was being nice to the Caucasian lady in front of me. The sale manager was unhelpful as well. Overall, staff is rude and give an attitude every time you ask for help.
Your standard Ralphs although maybe a nicer looking one than most. Has self checkout and recently, the only place that had all four Lay's flavor challenge chips - a nice bonus for those interested in that sort of thing, like me.
Be careful about asking for a bag when the store manager is ringing up for you. I was responded with a severly negative attitude from him when I asked, "may I have a bag please", when I reached him. He even insulted me while I was leaving and after apologizing for offending him. I have never encountered so much negativity before from a person behind the check-out counter. Definitely the worst experience ever.
I was referred by a friend to visit this store whilst I was searching for where to buy a birthday cake and oh my I saw more than enough varieties of different mix of lovely cakes at pocket-friendly prices as well.
It such a huge place where one can shop for daily essentials and pay with either cash or via POS.
It was great the employees were very helpful. The shelves were well stocked. The prices were reasonable and the produce was very fresh.
Applied for a position, I called to check status of application and lady was very rude to me for no reason nasty attitude and on top of that place is small and employees are rude when me and my spouse went shopping inside would not recommend to shop nor to apply
Horrible experience
Xochil harasses customers. Makes me feel threatened. Spoke to bookerkeeper and Manager they did an amazing 5star service. Expressed sympathy And comforted my concerns. I’m never going to this store location again because of Xochil. I was informed she is Aztec.
This store is the most efficient and professional group of staff they are truly a team and team players I don't live in the area but I travel for 20 minutes just took get to the store because it is the best Ralph's within a 25 mile radius. Thank you so much for being the best even doing this pandemic set back you guys are awesome! Much love prayers and the best of health to you all during this time we love you
I love Ralph's, They have quality products and meats along with fresh fish. And the employees are always happy to help you find what you're looking for.
I had never gone to this Ralphs before and went yesterday to pick up a cake for my son who was graduating, I didnt think I could find a graduation cake since it was July 31st, the bakery clerk came immediately, which impressed me so much, I usually go to the Ralphs in Hawthorne and have to wait awhile to have someone show up to help and Lisa the clerk found some graduation decorations for my cake, I was real happy and highly satisfied, she was so pleasant, will definitely go back
I have lived near here for 23 years. Ralph's has attempted to keep it stocked and clean, but some of the employees have attitudes now, which I can understand due to the "ghetto element" who regularly come in and steal items. There are other people walking around in their pajamas, yapping loudly on their phones the entire time they are in the store. It is sad. Many of the area residents drive to Torrance or Redondo to try and have a peaceful shopping experience.
This store is in a good location. Its bakery and seafood are great, along with its selection of wines and beer. The only problem is checking out. It gets slow.
They had everything we needed! Love Tillamook Ice Cream, several flavors, in stock. Love Roscoe's Waffles, Regular and Sweet Potato, in stock. Love Pure Leaf Extra Sweet Tea, in stock. Love Authentic Asia Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles, in stock. They had Carmel Cake and Carrot Cake slices as well as Home Pride Wheat Bread! Surprising how many grocery stores don't carry those items.
This Ralphs is a nice location. It has a well stocked produce department, deli and bakery. It's smaller than some of the newer stores. But it's updated nicely.
Every time i shop ay Ralphs it's Pleasant the cashiers are kind always with a smile is neat and clean I leave from one city to shop at the Ralph's in Gardena just love it.
Ralphs is my most favorite grocery store in the world & In Gardena on Van Ness and Redondo bch. Im sad the one on Crenshaw closed. Smart & Final is my least favorite store and that's what took over & Way to expensive. Ralph's has the best prices over all grocery stores that ive been to. Thanks Ralphs
My favorite neighborhood grocery store. Checkers are usually friendly and happy; management appears to be helpful.store is always clean and well stocked. I wish they would stop re-arranging the aisles!
The store was extremely clean the restrooms of rape and the staff was more than willing to help
Shop at both the Gardena and Redondo Beach stores once or twice a week. The staff is friendly and helpful and always seem happy both in their nature and to help. I also greatly enjoy the music. The produce is fresh and deep the meat department is well-stocked and always has it an excellent sale on something. In addition, importantly to me, you stock linguisa sausage. My father was Portuguese and this was a staple in our home growing up. It's a joy to find it's at my local market. In addition, for me your locations are extremely close to bus stops which is very helpful. Keep up the good work.
