Ralphs, Downey CA

I have been coming to this store for seven years and I have never encountered such a wonderful young lady like Ms. Miranda G. She is so professional and amiable. Great job hiring her.

A nice Ralphs like this should have a decent bathroom for customer to use, but it doesn't. Bathroom is very dirty and the door doesn't even lock

Learned the hard way that in this store the punishment for mistakenly getting in the express lane when you have too many items is that you have to bag your own groceries while the people behind you in line stare judgingly at you. The irony is that the reason I mistakenly got in the wrong line is that I am unfamiliar with this store because I was tired of often having to bag my own groceries at my regular store.the search continues.

Ms raccoon lady with the glasses in the deli is rude and acts like she iis an underpaid drill instructer I can see and read the crazy signs on the floor that say stand here maybe if she would wait on customers and do the job she is paid to do social distanting wouldnt be a problem her big mouth is a virus she gets orders mixed up because she thinks she owns the store and gives customers a bad vibe my money and I wont spend it there these crazy times just show how some people just dont like people and their jobs

Bad costumer service, doesn’t want to accept returns, I do not recommend this store, also I will not come back again to this store.

The girl ADELA from Starbucks rolled her eyes at me when ordering drinks. She was very rude and was giving attitude the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there

Debbie who works at the deli is fabulous, great and friendly I always love to see her, please give her as raise or a promotion its because of her that you still have me as a customer.

Very upset that you allow dogs in your market. 2 dogs got in a fight while I was there. I am very allergic to dogs and cats, I have to carry medication just in case of an emergency. I spoke to 2 of your employees and they said she has a right to have her dog in the store. Very disappointed in ralph's policy. What about my rights?

Great prices and ok employees. The outside smells bad. More up keep outside the grocery store and more lighting will make it safer to shop and park outside.

Love shopping at this Ralph's! Every one is super friendly and helpful. Especially Gloria in the deli section her customer service is above and beyond excellent!

Staff is great and the store is always clean and organized. Produce can be more expensive than other supermarkets.

Its close to me. They have great people working their and very helpful. Ms Leticia is one of them. I'm always happy to see her smile. You can see she likes her job and her people skills are amazing. I find everything I need and I would had given this place 5 stars but it is a pricey market compared to sorrounding alike businesses. But overall its a great place to do your home shopping.

Stefanie & Ernie are the absolute best! Stef always has a smile and is happy to answer any question for me while Ernie is so patient and kind, issuing me rainchecks when I'm late for a deal! Thank you both so much and thank you RALPH'S for hiring such great people! I definitely shop at Ralph's way more often since finding Stef & Ernie!

Store is always really clean and staff very helpful. Prices are too high but open late so it makes it convenient. Open til 1am

Very clean and organized store even right when they open. Their bread selection is delicious especially the cheese danish, the chocolate chip muffins, and the Mexican sweet bread. Definently recommend.
