Ralphs, Los Angeles CA

This evening I have had the worst experience ever. First I ordered through the app for pickup I'll wait 30 minutes outside the store for my pickup and no one comes out I go in to ask about my pickup and I was told that there were no pickups available. Unfortunately my phone died so I had to go home charge my phone and head back to the store. I show the staff my purchase order and I was told that to the person responsible left early that day and no one will be able to assist me. One of the staff members try calling a supervisor to assist me while the manager Marvin became irate at the fact that I was there purchased the order and never received it. I further explain to him that I was charged and I need it either my charge should be canceled or I need it the groceries in which I purchased. After speaking with someone on the phone Marvin was able to cancel my order but then he informed me to shop in the store for my items and he will give me a discount. I agree I went to shop and then he had the audacity to go to the back when I was ringing in my order he was called through the PA never showed up and I had to purchase my orders and leave the store without any accommodations I was highly upset. Being African American woman I maintain my composure through this whole process but I truly felt like acting a fool up in the store but like I always tell my children I am in control of me so I purchase my items and got the ****up out of there.

Worst experience ever do not encourage using the Ralph's app at this location pick up sucked

The new manager Ionknow, got the Clearance rack on stuffed, I wonder all this time where was the extras going, I'm not gonna Assume, excuse me New Manager Boss sir, keep that clearance field like that you got my vote, but what's up with them juggling managers I'm just saying

Standard shopping experience, long wait time for locked up items. Shopping carts are hardly ever where they should be. But I'll be boycotting all kroger store due to them not wanting to pay hazard pay for the Long Beach Ralph's and Food 4 Less.

Cashiers are full of attitude. Manager name William he doesn't know how to talk professionally. Asking a question is a crime in this store. I was there for a return and I showed a digital receipt from the Ralph's app and they refuse to take it. As per Ralphs website they can take return with the digital receipt. On inquiring why refusing to return getting a response this is my store I don't care what website says. Ralph's management please take a note of this statement.

Women's bathroom was filthy and I spoke to the manager about it I won't ever shop here again with the covid 19 going around and the staff can't even keep the bathrooms clean for there costumers

This is the best place to get affordable quality produce. The product selection is excellent. The staff is very professional and happy to serve. Highly recommend.

Marie she works at the register/ cashier.really super helpful and sweet each time I come to the store.is hard to find good workers like Marie.

I had to give the store a 5 star rating. Thanks to a great employee they have "Miguel". His work performance is outstanding, he is very helpful with any help we need every time my husband or I go grocery shopping. He usually works in the meat department but is always willing to help in any other department. You guys should have more outstanding employees like him.

At Ralph's I always leave with a smile on my face, because of the great customer service there. And most importantly its ultimately very clean

This is the worst talphs in the area. They are under stocked and then when asked why i was giving an attitude with the excuse. We open at 6.

Solid and dependable- staff are great, facilities are adequate. If only the geniuses at the corporate office would risk actually providing DEPARTMENTS. DELI, BAKERY, MEAT & SEAFOOD, and maybe a PHARMACY? !? I believe we all have money in the wallets we bring into this store, so doesn't it seem to make sense we would open them for these needed services?

Customer Service is great however theft is really high. You will encounter washing detergent, bath soap and other critical items locked up. You have to ring for customer service to help you. Very sad that Irish Spring is locked up. Tells you we are living in depressing days.

The employees are very helpful and pleasant to briefly chat with and appreciate the packaging of my items which makes it so much easier to store at home. Thanks

This location is ok and has a few really great employees. Only a few! It's a moderately convenient location with limited items for more advanced cooks. The employees in the meat department are Fantastic! Management and cashiers not so much!

My experience today was ok, the store was not crowded. PLEASE make sure that you count your change, even though the computer does all the counting of your change some of these people STILL CAN'T COUNT your money out to you. JMO

Location in Los Angeles on 120th & Vermont Avenue. They need an improvement on Meeting the NEEDS on helping Customers I was at there shopping and needed help & NO ONE WAS AROUND I LITTERLY had to call out for (HELP) there was an item I wanted that was on a high shelf & I was in a MOTORIZED WHEEL CHAIR. A customer in the store heard me and got help for me. I thank her which was nice. My SCORE for them is a (D-)!

I do not like the management at that store. I do not steal I just don't like how they watch everybody. I would much rather go by my job in santa Monica they treat me better and the prices are much cheaper

Diferent set up from others stores wich make a bit difficult to find items. Not so good costumer service

Ghetto dirty store. Security is a joke there. There was atleast 6 panhandlers there and were very aggressive and the security was talking to a bootleg DVD seller. The store was filthy fruit fly's all over the strawberries Im surprise people actually shop there

Worse Ralphs ever. The Staff try's.but the people that are there are dirty and mean and rude. I feel bad for the workers.then the bus drivers use this place as a toilet.
