This location closes there store at 12: 45 PM or 12: 50 PM. Not at the listed 1: 00 AM time. I do not know why they post hours that are not their hours.

A few months into the pandemic I recall wanting to write a review for markets for very similar reasons. My review pertains to my most recent visit. Working a customer facing job day in and day out can be different for every employee - especially during a pandemic.

Digital Payment: Takes Samsung, not Apple, Pay. I don't know of other forms of digital payment.

Customer Service: Always on point. I always find an employee at a self checkout aisle ready to help.

Products: The discount/sale for a cereal I like to buy is more common at the Vons at the Traffic Circle. Otherwise, the product selection is really good, and discounts for items I commonly buy tend to have decent discounts.

The store is usually clean (including the bathroom). The aisles are easy to navigate, and big enough.

The parking lot is a good size.

Kroger get your ish together. Having only 1 aisle open for check out is unacceptable, regardless of the day or time. You have employees calling out and you're understaffed bc you refuse to pay a proper wage! 2 stores you've closed in our community recently and now the service at your only remaining stores is terrible! You've made million/billions since the pandemic and should be ashamed of your current business practices!

Everytime I go shopping here my health slowly plummets & I have a low immunity. The dividers in the self check out section are not helping. I've had to take pictures to show my doctor that even at establishments people are not staying 6 feet away. There are no dividers to allow ppl to know what 6 feet away actually means. The workers sometimes get a little too close. COVID19 is showing that it is still infecting people massively despite vaccines. Cancer patients usually have to stay away from others & it is impossible to do that here at this tiny location. The organic products are overpriced & limited. Would rather drive 20 minutes to Sprouts or Whole Foods for a better & healthier experience. Not worth almost dying for a gallon of water at this location. Only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of some of the great employees here who leave you alone or brighten your day.

Crowded with crazy long lines, worst meat selection where everything looks like it’s been frozen 5 times over, and then I waited in self checkout only to scan everything and then be told I can’t buy alcohol in the self checkout.

Great store- always buzzing with energy and stocked options. The check-outs rather self or otherwise move fast!

This is my neighborhood grocery store. During the pandemic it has been very convenient to get groceries picked up here. However the last few orders there’s always some type of mix up with receiving all of my order. Just hoping this service improves.

This Ralph's is always super busy, but the employees are helpful and usually have the store clean. One problem here is that they sometimes run out of carts, and you have to wait a couple minutes for someone to either be done with the one they were using or an employee brings some from the lot.

If you are looking for healthy, local, sustainable options this wouldn't be your store. They have few local choices available but their organic selection isn't great. Of course I'm grateful that there is such a grocery store near me in the first place but it's 2020 and I think sustainability is worth mentioning. The 2 times I've been there the staff wasn't too familiar with where what was but they were always friendly. The store is busy, busy but clean. They have a deli section and a well-stocked produce section. I would love to see more locally produced products but I suppose that's what the farmer's market is there for.

This is one of the most ridiculously high priced grocery stores in the state of California. The employees need to be retrained in courteous customer service. In addition to their astronomical prices, you're charged for bags. Do NOT recommend!

They're not monitoring how many people that are coming in the store it was so bussy! You could not go down an I'll without coming in contact with someone! I wont go back to that Ralphs.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly. A cute little Ralphs that has all the essentials. I often come here for sushi for my lunch! The sushi chef always thanks me after I select my sushi too and the sushi hits a great mark for me:)

My mother shops at the Ralph’s Market on 4th Street. While I am sympathetic to the plight of the homeless the store needs to do something about the homeless that congregates at the front of the store (no masks) My Mother who is a senior and Aunt can no longer shop there due to being accosted at the front of the store. When both called the store Managers they were told there was nothing they could do. Really no security or posting restricting homeless or how about calling the police. Look at what some of the other store are doing in Long Beach.

Nice produce and fresh sushi. I only give it 4 stars because I wish it was bigger with larger selection on many items. But then again I just moved here from Clearwater. Florida where grocery stores are twice the size.

I love smart and final! All they are missing is almond breeze cashew milk and non-dairy halo top! Other than that, they have a great vegan selection and are so close to home. Love it!

More working class renter than middle class homeowner clientele. This makes it more affordable and less pretentious than grocery stores further East in the city.
