Was crowded with people unlike any other time and their foods were expensive because of the Covid19 plandemic and everyone wore masks

Today I stopped by to get some last-minute groceries from my favorite Ralph's store in Cerritos and was very disappointed with the way that Satrina the sales manager handled my merchandise at the register. Few times in the past when she rang my groceries she didn't make the effort to pack nor put my merchandise in the shopping cart. I feel now that I have been paying for Ralph's prices receiving Food 4Less services ". I always try to skip her when she is at the register.

Very clean restrooms. Good selection of produce. I wish their organic selection was a little larger bit overall a convenient place to get the refrigerator stocked.

It's a small store but when I did my shopping in this store and found everything I needed. It's super clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly. Definitely coming back.

This Ralph's is nice in a good area and it's well clean/organized however, it's not an huge store compared at other Ralphs I've been to because their aisles are pretty small, its not wide so it can be a lil bit difficult to get through while passing by others with the shopping carts. My only compliment would have to be at the ladies in the service deli. They don't seem really as friendly which I understand if you're tired of working in your job because I also work in a retail place but a greet would be nice just a simple, "Hello, How can I help you today? " "Thank You, have a nice day. " After she placed the chicken salad on the counter without saying have a great day. Wow I'm so "impressive" What's so hard saying that? Where I work at, I always greet my customers and we have a better customer service compared this Ralph's. I won't return thou, I will start going to Albertsons to spend my money somewhere else when the service deli ladies have their better customer service and will make you feel welcomed. Won't spend a single dime or a penny in this place where it won't provide a good customer service and not being knowledgeable. If you don't enjoy your job, just quit so you don't have to be all miserable and being rude for no particular reason.

I really like the butcher block here. It cost me a little bit more cash, but it's well was worth the quality. I go out of my way to shop here!

The Blond Caucasian female manager Sheryl with glasses that works there accused me of stealing because of how I look and said so. I am tired of people judging me by the color of my skin. Raquel has issues. Avoid these crazy people and this store. They will bring you anxiety and anger.

The old people that work in this Ralph’s is very huge: (it’s so sad that they so bitter ; (specially a woman there. I don’t know her name but, she’s short I will find out her name because the way she treats people it’s not right. Zero customer service: (

The store was clean and neatly stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will shop here again. It's sad that so many Ralph's stores had to close.

This is always a good place, every time is a really good experience shopping here, everything is fresh, very organized and prices are not bad.

I love this place. People who work there are wonderful, prices are reasonable. Great food store.

Bob runs a smooth Ralphs and treats everybody like family. Super friendly cashiers. This is the way every grocery store should be run.

Ralphs ordered enough toilet paper to make sure their customers could get one package. This limit helped ensure that all customers could have toilet paper today. The employees and manager were courteous and respectful. I come her for some of my produce, and this positive experience today made me want to return more often.

I like this Ralphs location. Can be very busy at times. They employ Vietnamese and Chinese ladies as cashiers, very sweet and friendly service. I had problem once but manager interfered.

Visit when you need different kinds of Asian sauces. I love the chili oil. Also they have food court.

Too much waiting time at the billing counter.always. They only open at most 2 counters even if they see many customers waiting. No express counter or self service.

It's like going back in a time machine and seeing how awful Ralph's stores were 10 years ago. Old and out-dated. For a city like Cerritos, I expect much much more. There are no self-checkouts, so I have to wait in a silly line as people make small chat. The store aisles are compact and crowded. The produce is sub-par. I don't understand why this store hasn't been updated and re-modeled. Everything has that yester-year awfulness, that's embarassing for Ralphs brand. Good idea to avoid this place if you can.
