We love going to Ralph's. Staff is helpful and friendly. They have discounts and products we like buying. The ailes are spaced out well and things are easy to find

The persian woman is condescending rude and completely disrespectful. I dont know how she keeps her job when everyone else there is so friendly and helpful.

If you need to go to Ralph's, PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! This one is very very bad! A lot of expired produce, some (maybe all) meats and fish occasionally have a rotting smell (Private Selection Argentinian Shrimp, Alaskan Cod filets, squid steaks) although the expiration date seems fine (some stores erase the old expiration date and print a new one, I don't know if this is the case here, but the food has been exceptionally bad recently). I had to throw away 7 packages of shrimp, return some and the fish. I do not trust this particular Ralph's location and I don't recommend that anyone does. Other locations (like the ones on Hazeltine or Vineland) never let anythin like this happen, I never have any problems there.

This is the worst deli service I've ever had at Ralph's refuse to make me a sandwich that they made me hear last week and make it every other Ralphs and the attitude of the so-called manager I would never shop at this store again

Other than the occasional security guard following me.and the occasional rude customer complaining and ruining everyone's day being a whiney Karen.and the Cheese shop ppl too busy to help someone with cheese questions.so.yeah. Expect to be followed if you don't look like everyone else:/

My first time in this market and I left highly discontented. The manager of this market called MARYSON treated me as if I were stealing within that market. I've been a Ralphs customer for years but this Ralphs will never come again. Because worse than being poorly served is you being poorly served by the MANAGER. You guys better rethink this employee, especially because if she treated me like that, A CUSTOMER, imagine what she’s been doing as manager with other co-workers.

Love the neighborhood Ralph for things I cannot get in Whole Foods. Parking is free with receipt for 90 mins. Not so much meat selection but lots fish and produce selection. Lovey and I just walk here to come get some groceries which we love to do on the weekends. They also offer hot food to go just like Whole Foods but whole foods have better choices. Trust!

This was my first time coming to this location and it was an awesome experience. Robin was my cashier and her humor is just what society needs during this pandemic. She made my day. I live in DTLA and will be willing to drive just to come to this store.

This Ralph's has a smaller selection than most others and has no deals! My regular Ralphs was the one on Ventura boulevard in Encino which recently closed. I usually make quick trips to the Ralph's on hazeltine and Ventura but was looking for my go to for the best grocery shopping experience.this was not it. They didn't have my normal deals like 10/$10 on progresso soups or pastas. The yoplait yogurts weren't 10/$5. The meat was more expensive than usual and almost all the produce was not ripened. They have some good options as far as the non-meat/plant-based substitutes but they were extremely overpriced for what you get, $5.36 for 10oz of "beyond meat". I don't know about everyone else but I am trying to feed a family and 10oz of anything is not going to get me very far.

I live and work from my house in Studio city. Every time when I come to deli department they literally have one person helping seven people a head of me. It’s happened to me several times. It’s just so close to my house and it’s so convenient for me, but I have no other choice because if their staffing to go seme where else.

Today I had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy where I have been a customer of for over 10 years as well as a loyal Ralphs customer for 30 years. I was told by Lillith in the pharmacy that I had to wait in line to get my husband's antibiotic even though the pharmacy would only be open for another 40 minutes. So i had to take my disabled husband who is on Dialysis and has dementia and pull him out of the bed so that I could plead with the other customers so he could get his antibiotic for his infected tooth. I confronted Lillith and she said that was the policy even though i was there last night and it was NOT the policy. So another Lillith came over and told me to calm down and then the store manager Melissa came over to Lillith and said my opinion doesn't matter and said that customers have been going to the pharmacy and then lying and going to shop. And she called me and angry person and proceeded to not open the door for my husband and we had to walk all the way around. I have never seen any of these ASSISTANT managers before but I have attached a list of all my prescriptions that have been at ralph's pharmacy and I will transfer them all as well as post on twitter, nextdoor, yelp and wherever else i can and NEVER shop at that Ralph's again. They are the worst human beings I've ever dealt with. How dare they be in customer service. I put my husband's LIFE in danger and they had nothing to say to me.

Deli department has a number system, so I took a # and went to grab a few other groceries cause it was busy. Came back and the guy assisting customers said he’s just taking whoever he sees first. Hence, my # was irrelevant and I had to wait behind all the people he thought he saw before me.

The store looks really big from the outside but it's not but they have an entire cheese section and it is amazing!

Its got food.milk and eggs and caned goods! What else could you ask for. ITS A PLEASURE. CHEERS'18

This is one of the best Ralph's. Friendly - good layout. It has the new self checkout that reminds you to take change unlike others stores.

Be careful at other stores. Ralph's / Kroger won't help you if you leave money behind.

Always 3.5 never under never better.the service is always just ok.the deli selection is never fresh although the one in Pasadena is 4 star location most aren't.the prices are good with the card also when buying bulk which I usually don't. I like Ralph's just wished they'd be more consistent.

PG at the bakery is an angel! They were crazy busy and PG still took the time to help me in my moment of panic. Thank-you!

I love their deli departments, one is Kosher, and the other regular however, both carry delicious salads, chicken, cheese, sushi etc. Starbucks just opened a location inside store

The best Ralph's store in the area. Might not have the largest selection. But has the best customer service.

I got treated unprofessionally by a Hispanic lady manager here. She was rude and provided zero customer service. Because of this, I’m never coming back here again.
