15Prejudice personnel. I was followed around the whole store like a delinquent. Employees including bag boy should focus on their task rather than follow customers around the store.
This review is for Karl from the Meat department who works Saturday evenings and was very friendly, diligent and extremely helpful. The store's very clean and CLEARLY labeled for easy search. With Karl's service, this store is definitely my go-to
Update:
After being on hold (3rd time) for 30 min and jumping through all their hoops, I was told there was "nothing they could do. Call Visa. " I explained I already had and no human will answer the phone there. I was told again there was nothing he could do.
***************************************Purchased a bunch of gift cards for Xmas gifts at this location, of which one or more did not work. The staff could not care less if they actively tried. I was given a phone number and forced to spend an insane amount of time proving THEY made an error in not activating the cards (they charge a service fee for some of these cards that don't work too). No idea what will come of this as I am on hold for the third time and it still has not been resolved. FANTASTIC (or even mediocre) CUSTOMER SERVICE is not this locations focus. I can only assume this is an attitude shared by other Ralph's locations.
Terrible service. I asked for help to get something out of a locked window cabinet and they left me waiting for a long time. No one came to open it for me until i went back to the front Again and demanded a manager. The manager shows up right away, has no idea that I have been waiting. No one apologized
After patronizing this Ralphs store for years, I did what I occasionally do.request some Cash Back. I was surprised to see a pop-up asking if I was willing to PAY $. 50 for the privilege of getting some money back. Outrages money-grabbing scheme in my opinion.
This is my to go to store everytime. I love how this store labels where their products come from very clearly, the staff always make sure I find what I need. The store is always clean and the produce is always fresh as can be. At checkout they find a way to make me smile or laugh in someway. They are more than my local store to me when they treat me very kindly. Wanted to highlight an employee I sadly do not remember by name but he sometimes wheres glasses I think and he is asian I believe. Very nice and always helps me out with my bags. Thanks Ralphs!
Was at the store 10/17 around 6: 00pm store manager on duty was so nice and helpful! He walked me over to the cereal section and chatted for a second store is always clean
I give them 3 stars because they are improving customer service. They had very unpleasant managers before. I like that they also put some items on clearance section.
I never give bad reviews or take the time to do this. But they were very rude, I came for a money order and it was not busy. They were just talking to eachother. The manager said he'd be right with us and took 20 minutes and was just laughing with coworkers messing around. When they finally came to help us, he was very rude and did not end up helping us.
Great place to get your groceries, store is one of the cleanest Ralphs I've been in, employees are always very friendly & helpful. The shopping center has alot of good stores within a 1 mile area

I can't believe the lady who I assumed is the supervisor followed me from the seafood section to the deli like I was a delinquent. As she was talking to ladies working the deli section she asked me from 10 ft away if I needed help with something. Then the cashier "Jackie " was cold. I said hi she did not respond, acknowledge me but looked away looked down. She told me the price while looking to the side. I said thank you she looked away. And didn't even say thanks. I give this place business every day but today their customer service was horrible. Hopefully today's service was a fluke because the evening is always helpful and nice.
My first choice to buy groceries and Fruits and other itemes. Very clean

Remember to check for exp dates. Bought a DiGiorno pizza (supreme w/ cheese in crust) in mid March only to find out that it has been expired since Jan 2019. Same exp date for other similar kind. Not doing a good job on checking inventory especially this pizza is closest by the glass door in the frozen pizza aisle.
I used to a big fan of Ralphs, I went to Ralphs almost every week. Also, I always purchase their store brand ice cream, and my favorite flavor is called" Coffee and Donuts" becasue that is not too sweet. Couple months ago, when I went to the Ralphs which next to my location. I couldn't my favorite ice cream. I called several Ralphs stores customer service, neither of them had that flavor. Those answers made feel disappointment. Before I decided to call the Ralphs in Fullerton, I was still ok. However, after i talked with their customer service, I was so upset, and I told to myself maybe I would not go back to this store again. I am an international student, and I had a Master Degree in Communication. I thought my English is good enough to express my idea. However, when I asked the staff in that store whether they had that flavor ice cream. She kept ask me to repeat my question, and from her tone I could tell she was very impatient during our conversation. After I repeated my question four times. Her manager asked her why she took this phone call so long, I heard she said she couldn't understand my question because my English was so poor. Her words made me feel so bad. I wish Ralphs could give some classes to their staffs that about how to communicate with their customers. Last, I hope Ralphs could continue supply " Coffee and Donuts" ice cream.
