The employees who worked out there were all very nice, kind, and competent communicators. In addition, the groceries I wanted to shop were all there and at an affordable price. Oh, thank you!

Very crowded store. Asiles and check do not conform to allow 6 feet space. Customers & even employees make no effort to stay at least 6 feet away even if u shop super early or late employees consistently seem to make an effort to get close to you even as u back away. Very aggravating. Store could make efforts to adjust store layout. They do it all the time and train staff to keep their distance at all times for their protection and everyone else. Very easily could be super spreader location. The store could be empty and an employee will still stand right next to you at self check out 0.0 come on! It's not that hard.

I easily found the items I was looking for. Everyone kept social distance. Clean store. Inexpensive Kroger brand ice cream 2 for 4.98. I made chocolate shakes with liquor at home. Mmmm. I got Neapolitan and Death by Chocolate. I made a Strawberry Cream Margarita and a Chocolate Sundae drizzled with Kahlua and KS Spiced Rum. Whoa!

The Ralphs has got to be one of the top ones I like. It's always clean and well-stocked and employees are friendly to.

I love this branch! The employees are really amazing and helpful! Every employee there makes you feel welcomed and are always doing there best to satisfy their customers. The branch is inside Ralph’s so they are opened during different business hours.

Nice place, nice area. I always get treated with respect at the self checkout, Noah was very friendly. Ralph’s has the best selection of frozen food and there’s a Redbox.

Debi at self checkout was very rude and kept thinking I was trying to steal, she even took away my apples. Not fun.

Too big for the area don't know how they stay in business, still overpriced with ignorant management.dont even bother with recycling here much less any other place here in "bubbletown"

BEWARE! I writing this review following my visit today at this location to warn people of the danger I experienced today where I felt my life was endangered when I was surrounded by two employees with less than 6 inches too my face and was made fun of and called names because I expressed my concern and anxiety that they didn't maintain any distance. I am a senior citizen and among the most vulnerable and I pray that I wasn't exposed. This isnt the first encounter at this location, but it is the one that has endangered me the most. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! (Also, dont bother trying to speak to the store manager, he only takes calls at specific time of day)

Posted a review on Yelp about the floral department and it's new florist Zoe. She keeps it very clean and organized, which I've never seen any other florist there do. She's funny and sweet and down to earth. If you're ever in the neighborhood, drop by and look at her arrangements! Five stars for Zoe and the floral department and her awesome hair

This store NEVER opens on time. For the past two weeks I have had to buy some groceries really early in the morning as I work at 7 am, I have been stuck outside past the opening hours waiting for them to realized they have to open the store. Every time they open at 6: 05,6: 10, and even 6: 15am. I have even knock on the window door as I see employees passing by, only to be ignored by them. Today I literally had to call them, to please open the door. When I asked one of the employees if they always open this late her response was “yes we usually open at around 6: 05” I feel if your store always opens at 6: 05 or latter than maybe change your hours on your website and door so that people knows. This store is the closest to me, but I am thinking it will probably be in my best interest to take my business elsewhere. Oh and the employee Patty was so rude to me while she was checking me out, I believe she was upset because I had complain about the store being open late.

The store itself is large, clean, offers a great selection of products, and workers are very nice and helpful. HOWEVER, on several occasions there are UNDERHANDED false promos and sales prices in effect that you go unnoticed until the sale is rung up at the checkout or after.

Yesterday from the Ralphs flyer I saw 24-pack Arrowhead water bottles on sale for 2.99 with Ralphs card. It was not a coupon and there were no quantity minimums mentioned - NONE. At the store I loaded three 24-packs into my cart and it had the same pricing /signage of 2.99 with Ralphs card and no minimum mentioned. I completed my checkout and checked the receipt as priced seemed higher that expected. I was rung up at $4.99 per pack. I asked about it and was told there was a 5 pack minimum for the 2.99 price. Since it was not mentioned neither in the flyer nor in the store signage it was NOT by accident but was clearly by DECEPTION. This has happened to me before at this location with other products.

Bought a premade "Handcrafted Boar's Head Sandwich" from their deli. Sale date was still 2 days out, but the sandwich was rancid and the meat was disgusting I tossed it after one bite. I'll NEVER buy from their disgusting deli ever again.

This Ralph's is huge, new, clean, and we'll stocks with products you can't find in their smaller stores. The parking lot is also big and we'll layed out.

This is an excellent Ralph's, with a much broader and deeper selection than the Albertson's nearest home (Aliciaand Olympiad inMission Viejo). It has a pharmacy, and I recently enrolled their excellent pharmacy discount program to obtain much lower prices than at the Albertson's pharmacy. I gave four stars, not five, as Stater Brothers just down El Toro (at Trabuco) has a superior meat department.

One of the newest most spacious Ralphs in the Southland. They have one of the best selections of organic items, including: green onions, cabbage, spinach, Roma tomatoes, cilantro, mini peppers, parsley as well as selection of organic fruits. You can also find cookware and kitchen storage items.
