Ralphs, San Diego CA

Very disappointed with the “curbside pickup” at this location. This was my first time doing pickup at Ralph’s and I can tell you I won’t be doing it again. First of all I think it’s kind of ridiculous that it takes 4-5 hours before a order is ready to be picked up. Then after arriving I was asked for a payment which I thought I had done online but it did not go through so I was asked to come into the store to sort out the payment. This took another 15 minutes because they thought the order was supposed to be paid in “food stamps” (which I literally have no idea how they would have gotten that idea) I just wanted to run my credit card and go. It seems like they have had a year and a half to perfect this “contactless pickup” but unfortunately they are still figuring it out. This was very inconvenient and a huge waste of time.

Keisha, Christie, and Lynn hit it outta the ballpark today as I bought my Jim Beam! Thank you for your kind help always. Keisha! Always makes us feel like were at home. A classy, perfect grocery store that's part of all of our Point Loma families ️ Best, Russ

Customers are inconsiderate, don’t respect Covid health precautions, go in maskless, etc. Management doesn’t do anything about it

Due to the convenient venue, the food lunches, the decent beer range with good prices, and the deli and meat counter is one of the best in the area, I shop at this grocery shop! Never a full packed or long queue at all. The workers are nice in general. I'm sure I'll come back next week to buy a few things!

They still have a lot of new things on their shelves. They're a perfect grocery shop with everything you need. And also, their customer support has surpassed my hopes. All the workers have always been able to advise and support you with all your questions. The best grocery store in the city.

Buyers beware. I just purchased pre packaged potato wedges from under the heat lamps near the deli. They are soggy and kinda wet. I had to throw them out. I paid almost $4.00. Kinda a lot for a small portion. I would have gotten the mash potatoes but they were $7.00 for a small bowl with no gravy. I think Vons is better at liberty station to grab hot meals for the family and more affordable.

Store is okay but small foot print. Vons in Liberty Station has much stock and size, especially organic.

I highly recommend your grocery shop to all of my friends! It was my first time to visit your shop, and I was so impressed with what I saw. All of your products were so affordable. I was so amazed when I noticed that your goods were all organized. I didn't regret my decision to visit your shop. From now on, I will be your regular customer!

Good selection of meat and produce, usually! A little high priced for meat and seafood, but the reason I come here a lot, its the closest restroom thats still open and they usually have a good deal on markdowns, deserts, bread, etc. I still dont like the 10 lb bag of ice for $3.99! Unless you buy 2 for $6.00 But I have no where to put 20 lbs right now. Best deal is San Diego Ice Co.where you can get 20 lbs for $2.97! The gas station by Sports Arena has 7 lb bags for $. 89 cents, $2.70 for 21 lbs!

Gave me a hard time for not wearing a mask when other white customers aren’t wearing one and they’re ok. Perhaps racially motivated? I’m from out of town where it’s not required. Also some of their EMPLOYEES weren’t wearing masks so I don’t see any consistency in their policies!

Every time we wanted to have our groceries, we came to visit here and buy some. What I liked about this place was the saleswomen and salesmen were so helpful for they were always ready to assist the customers especially if the customers don't know the specific section where to buy anything they wanted. The good thing also was the price for it was affordable.

Before midnight, the place is fine. But good luck finding a cashier after the night crew comes in. They’re all stockers, and in charge of covering the register too.

We’re from out of town and were able to take advantage of the great deals with our Smiths card. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly!

Did NOT appreciate the D*ckhead cashier who thought it necessary to tell me how to conduct my life with my financial card. Your job is to cashier, NOT tell customers how to live. Senior, regresa a Mexico - nadie te quiere aqui! Have filed a complaint with Ms. Jabbar, the CEO.

Good select of fresh fruit and food. It's a little smaller Ralph's, but it usually has everything my little family needs

It's real beautiful and inviting inside this Ralphs market. I had to ask a couple of the employees for where items I needed were located and both of them were professional and kind. The store is in a beautiful rustic decor too. Five stars for this Ralphs.

One of the highest priced groceries. Pre-made foods I would not recommend. Simple pasta salad I purchased last night was AWFUL. Parking is very limited. Outside area not kept up well.

GOOD.except Ralph's continues to change personell. I only go there now because SOME! Of the old crew is still there. VON'S keeps regulars on staff.prefer to visit store with familiar faces. NOW! RALPH'S HAS, eliminated DAVE TOO.hdqtrs not too bright

Smaller grocery store, good selection & friendly staff. I was able to use my Fred Meyer rewards card, saved $15.00!

Good parking and much better prices for the same items that one finds at Vons. Store is clean & staff are helpful for the smaller square footage that they work with there.
