Ralphs, Calabasas CA

Horrible quality fruit. The presentation for a Upscale area was not it at this Ralph’s. I’d rather drive to Woodland Hills and shop there. Alma and Elizabeth WORST customer service! If I’m spending 200$ for groceries I should at least feel welcomed. They looked unhappy to be working!

Best Ralph's in West Valley. Bigger cleaner store than Victory near Falbrook or Ventura Blvd at Topanga. They are open till 1AM, as is the Victory Store.

Great service, great products, but I keep getting attacked by birds in the parking lot. Really wish I was joking on this. If there is literally any possible way to deal with that humanely, I'd visit way more often.

Friday 8: 30am Horrible Narrow mind customer service specially a supposedly mgr Erika unable to handle a aggressive situation from another employee towards myself. SHAME!

Employee at checkout tossing your items down the checkout lane so they fall at the end on the ground. Didn’t even bother to go grab it and place it in cart. Kept checking items and aggressively tossing them. Another visit, employees rolling their eyes at customers. Except for a good kid at the deli counter and one of the managers (he has glasses, Hispanic) who is extremely kind and helpful, this store’s staff is rotten with bad attitude.

Great shop! All of the staff who was working were super accommodating and very attentive. They all have the item I needed at a very affordable price. Their customer service is second to none. The place is not crowded and has a spacious area to walk around. I really love coming back to this grocery store. Highly recommended

Convenient location, close to Mulholland Hwy, in a very nice shopping center, The Commons. Good selection of ready-made sandwiches and produce.

He is very disrespectful and has an extremely bad attitude at checkout. I shop at this particular Ralph’s regularly but he has made my experience awful.
I feel bad for the company as he makes their business look very bad

Siñor George @ Produce Department is super friendly and offers PPE if you should need them. But I told Mr. George that it's better we bring our own because we can save the store's overheads when we bring our own PPE that fit our needs and save EARTH. Staffs @ Ralph's are super friendly ALL the time I've shopped at the store for over two decades. Can't beat 5 stars customer Services. Support local merchants. No lines. Shop away.

Very bad service, arrogant clerks, it’s like they die if they answer. They are not helpful at all.

Never came to this location before but I am thankful for Amanda for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service.

I like this Ralph but they need to stop selling all these unbranded organic chocolate bars. I suggest that they try the Belgian chocolate "Cote d'or " they have a wide variety and they are delicious the importer is Mondello. I hope they will listen a good customer.

NICOLE IS BY FAR THE WORST employee I've met. She gives me dirty looks and is no help at all when it comes to bagging. I hope her manager sees this, because this girl is not worth it to keep in such a lovely ralphs.have her improved or have her fired.please talk to her or i will have to talk to the manager of the store.

I'm done dealing with deli here. Nobody smiles, give over the amount you request on purpose and some guy gave me a slab of sliced cheese with no tissue in between and the cheese was stuck together.

The cashier named Rosa should learn how to put things into the bag. I don't pay money for my grocery being broken and squashed.

One of my favorite Ralphs to go too, everything is fresh and everyone who works there is always nice and helpful.

Best grocery store as far as I am concerned. They have everything you need. Great fish and meat department.

I just had the worst customer service at Ralph's Calabasas Commons store.front-end manager Jessica was extremely rude, argumentative, and abrasive.i came in to buy Ralph's gift cards and will NEVER shop at Ralph's again.

Good customer service and all veggies are fresh. Went there to purchase Diary products. Self check out is very convenient for quick shoppers like me.
