This grocery store has everything for everyone. They have a mini restaurant inside where you can eat an easy meal. The place was clean and of high-quality standards. They had everything like hardware, kitchen, living room and even bedroom essentials. It is our go-to store whenever we are in need of something.

Pleasantly surprised to find a market downtown. I am a construction worker working on a high-rise building and found a spectacular lunch place to purchase lunch. Ralph has a deli and a bakery with hot chicken and cold sandwiches. The prices are phenomenal.

Avoid parking here. There is a fee of usd$15,00 each 10 minutes. If you buy at Ralphs you get 90 min free but it is conditioned to revision and if your purchase is not big (significant) you won’t get free parking and you will have to pay over 50 dollars per hour.

A pile of grocery needs are all in. A non-preserved foods and preserved also. They offered online grocery shop because of the Covid-19 outbreak which are also helpful to those who are terrified to go out and buy of their needs and most especially to a senior citizen. The price are still the same on the list and their delivery are not that pricey which is also good. You have your daily needs and also you'll be safe at home. A good job for it.

No Apple Pay. Rude staff at front counters / service desk. Legitimately crazy security contractors harassing folks and standing around on their cellphones being useless.

Do not try to shop here after 10PM. The store is SEVERELY understaffed at night. There are only (2) checkout lines open after 10: 30PM-11PM. They also close the self checkout lines @ 11: 30PM sharp. If you need to stop in for a few items, be prepared to wait LITERALLY 20-30 minutes to check out. That is how bad the lines are @ this Ralph’s after 11: 30PM.

I’ve filed multiple complaints with the store. I’ve spoken to the night manager as well, and he’s just as upset that he is not given more staff or is able to keep self check out open past 11: 30PM due to the Store Director’s policy.

This is a clear case of corporate mismanagement. The resources of this store are not being deployed correctly - resulting in extremely long wait times and poor experience of all customers in the DTLA market.

This store needs to change it’s policies and staffing support to accommodate the market demand to support our neighborhood.

This is the best shop in town; it also serves good food and sells imported frozen snacks and ready-to-eat meals. It was a relief to me that it was so close to our building. Fresh beef is also served in a single serving. The staff is so friendly and helpful that they can help you find something you can't find.
