Great produce and products! Clean store with some awesome clearance produce bags (just recently got 15 pomegranates for $3 from their clearance shelf!) Have great coupons to clip on the Ralph's app. The parking lot can be a bit crazy and there are a few dangerous drivers who sometimes fly through it

Employee at deli was super rude for no reason. Only 2 check out lanes open and extremely long waits if something small goes wrong, seemed like management wasn't very supportive of the staff. It took 20 mins for someone to return alcohol and afterwards they prioritized putting it away instead of setting it aside and getting the line moving. The neighborhood feels unsafe. I love Ralphs, but I will be avoiding this location in the future especially if I have my kids with me.

If I'm being total honest, what grocery store isn't busy late at night. Especially if the store closes at 12am or 1am. My best suggestion is if your in a hurry or have last minute shopping don't go late at night. Best idea would be going early morning or when the first open. Overall the store has a great setup, some employee's have there moments. Best front end Manager is Jessica, she friendly and always providing excellent customer service. Prices can be a bit higher than usual however inflation has impact all grocery stores.

What trips me out about this Ralphs is they have signs at the registers that mention “friendly staff” I was met with everything BUT that! Earlier in the day my partner and I went in to do some grocery shopping. We checked out at Carmen’s register (the “sales manager”, who should be fired quite frankly) who asked us for our ID when we were checking out with a bottle of champagne. At that time she asked us for our ID, I told her we were grabbing it, she pressured us again for it to which I responded “we’re getting it, please give us a moment” at that time I felt like she was trying to give us a hard time but I let it go and tried to be friendly. 3 hours later, I realized we didn’t give enough mayo for the sauce I was making so we want back. Carmen was still there and we decided o grab another bottle because I didn’t want to make another trip tomorrow. Carmen checked us out, she remembered us. And the proceeded to tell us she wouldn’t sell us the champagne because my partner looked “drunk”. My partner is going through menopause and was sweating and my partner didn’t drink! Carmen assumed she was drunk. Why? Because we bought a bottle earlier that day and she assumed we drank it. I recorded the entire situation. I’m livid! I ended buying the alcohol, but the issue for me is the assumption. To assume that someone is drunk because of a health issue is a serious problem for me and it’s wrong. It’s one thing if this was in a bar and we were refused alcohol. It’s another thing to assume that someone is drunk because of a health issue. I will do everything I can to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. I don’t know want to bring in race but I feel like that was the underlying issue. From the first interaction to the last. Customer service has to do better. Seriously!

Do no go to Sara. She is a cashier. She is rude and talks down to you. I'm sorry that scanning a qr code in your store is not taking me to the right place. She just kept telling me I'm doing it wrong and I told her this is exactly where the QR code sent me it's nothing I'm doing. She continued to talk down to me in front of the other guests in line and pressuring me to hurry up. She needs more customer service training before you put her in front of actual customer.

I can't tell you how many times I've gone shopping only to find ZERO carts available. ZERO baskets available. ZERO produce bags. HIGH PRICES. EMPTY shelves. Doors locked. More GUARDS than cashiers. EXPIRED products. I've written directly to Ralphs before about this particular location but never got a response. Stay away. This store is NOT being managed correctly. You'll actually have a better shopping experience going right next door to Target.

Low to Medium quality, but also the most expensive grocery store I've stepped into, by far, even with inflation. I don't know how Ralphs did it, but congrats to them for being the most expensive grocery store out there with low medium quality goods. There's Ralphs everywhere, I'm assuming they're just conveniently placed. It going to backfire on them to absurd degrees, absolutely no chance ralphs chains stay in business in my opinion. Sneaky sneaky. Fruit is horrible quality too. If you're going to charge max price, at least get quality products I've never seen such a scam grocery store in my life! No wonder it's nearly empty.

Good shopping experience overall, but this store REALLY needs new carts. So tired of broken carts, clicky wheels, and often they are in the lot and not out front.

It's 2022 and these guys still don't Apple Pay. This is an outrage! Love the selection though compared to other grocery stores in the area. 1 star deduction.

Supermarkets I find mostly based on 2 things; convenience and overall experience. This location and offerings are beyond convenient with the location being so close to the swap meet (I'm a vendor on select weekends) but also how the shelves seem to be fully stocked.

For overall experience I giving this Ralph's a 4. The first team member pointed to where I should go, ended up walking around. I was looking for uncooked beans and ended up in the drinks and cookware areas. Where I found Shannon. Shannon was a beyond amazing, actually walking me to where I can find the beans but helped me find which ones were the lowest cost. Then helped me with the salads and grabbed me forks. This was above and beyond.

YOU'RE AMAZING SHANNON! Thank you so much again.

This branch is my least favorite of any grocery store that I may frequent.the tone from staff is always exceptionally cold. At least that's my experience. I see them being nice and helpful to other patrons and smiling etc with them, but it doesnt extend to me for some reason.someone might say that I'm mistaken and I'm victim to some fallacy faulty perception but I don't think so.anyway I'm writing this review because I am disappointed once again by this store.the hours of operation are posted on the store and online that they are open until 1AM daily.this store closes at midnight. I'm thinking the owners don't know this and staff just does this be a use that are covidlazy.ok.hanger your hours then

I was hired here in march. My first day wasn’t going to be until I quit my other job. Marisa is the hiring manager she called me in for two interviews and called me multiple times to make sure I was going to be there on my start date. I quit my job elsewhere and purchased the clothes I was going to need at Ralph’s. The hour on the day I was going to start Marisa called me and said she received a email saying I wasn’t eligible to work for Ralph’s she blames it on my background check but we received it the day after my first interview when I was told I had the job. Took her 3 weeks to give me a start date and didn’t read the background till the hour before I was going to start my first day. I lost my place to live over this.really bad manager she shouldn’t have let me quit my other job to come here if she hadn’t even looked at the background check yet!

I was in self check out as I am every time I come in and get my bottle of wine and my other items and your employee Josie told me she couldn’t do it! I said I get it done here every weekend so she raises her voice and repeated I can not do it for you like I said so I said well the do it ever other time. And thank you! She said omg really and tried talking about me to other customers.absolutely a shame she has me customer service!
