Ralphs, Temple City CA

Don't buy gift cards from them. I got a bunch of gift cards for my friends for Xmas and 2 of them didn't work, said it was already redeemed. Called the store and they can't do anything without my receipt, I wasn't made aware of this during my purchase and I had already thrown my receipt away. How they not notice anyone putting back gift cards when its right next to the registers is beyond me.

Not just a store for me. It's the equivalent of blockbuster nostalgia. A journey of Caloric deficit and Caloric surplus encapsulated within a store.

The floor at Ralph's in Temple City is unsanitary and so dirty. I don't think the worker cleaned the floor well. This is unprofessional for a store to have dirty floors

Love Ralph's they close at 1 and it's convenient for a toddler mom like me that always runs out of something all late staff is super friendly and helpful

Had a very negative experience recently where the manager initially refused several times to give me a refund for an unopened box of diapers without a receipt. This is despite me presenting the same method of payment, only needing an exchange for a different box, and having used my Ralph’s account with the original purchase.

The Kroger website clearly says that returns are accepted (for store credit) with no receipt needed, but it took me asking 4 times to get the exchange processed.

Been coming to this Ralph’s for years since the Huntington Dr location closed. I’ve recently stopped shopping here because it’s a huge mess. My milk & creamer are alway sour (current ex date). I’m there twice a week and it never fails. I was verbally assaulted by a male customer & I had to defend myself. The employees & managers were standing around. Go to Vons on Duarte. You’ll feel safer & the groceries are fresh.

The women sales clerk s here makes you feel like you're not welcome at this store you asked for something and they are very agressive when they respond i feel they are ready to fight you.scary store to shop

Most Ralph supermarkets are very very clean and also Wells stocked with the best meat and vegetables that you can obtain. The parking lots are usually safe, with ample parking for disabled individuals. Easy access in and out for disabled. Easy check out for any one of any height including a disabled person in a chair. Or on an electric vehicle that they can drive into the supermarket.

Always great customer service. Managers always come and scan the heavy sodas and water for me at self checkout

Bakery Department non existent. Came to order my son's birthday cake on my lunch for this weekend in hopes of actually getting it ordered. I was waiting about 10 min at the bakery dept before finding a cashier to page the bakery. Let's just say I waited here about 30 min for them to page someone twice for nothing! I finally asked her if anyone could just, just anyone could take my cake order.she went ahead and told me I could call the order in. Horrible lunch hour to say the least. And I still don't have his cake ordered

Always empty and full of homeless people stealing. Employees are very rude also. Worst Ralphs I’ve ever shopped in.

I live in New York City; I have never visited a Ralph’s yet they allowed my gift card to be debited $172 and have nothing to say about it. #theft #fraud

Used their deli for my husband's birthday never again. Obviously on day of party you always look a mess when running last minute errands so when I finally got to Ralph's after picking up the pizza and cake. Running in the store with sweats and hair a mess again running last minute errands. Well I had already paid and the deli employee loaded my cart with my baked chicken and sub sandwiches I was walking out store when they purposely stopped my cart alarm went off in market? ! For absolutely no reason they made me feel like it was my fault.even though they we're scanning my cart like if I was stealing. I asked the employee what happened? She rudley said Nothing! And clicked that stupid little clicker thing. And said you can go! I think it was racial profiling or just plain harassment. I was a paying customer and that was totally uncalled for! Like I said never again! And the reason I feel it was racial profiling was because as same time I was walking out a sweet little old white lady was walking at exactly same time and she didn't get asked absolutely anything just the poorly dressed brown girl.pathetic people we have to get better!

The shop is ideal for doing the job on schedule and with results. This is a brilliant place!
