6Wasted my time for an item that the website says is in stock, but was never carried in store. Don’t come here this place has warehousing issues.
Caulleen however you spell it very poor customer service, she shouldnt answer the phone for customer service if she has no clue how it works. Im calling to see if there is an item in stock, why drive there if its not in stock. Customer service is their for a reason don't give me attitude and tell me its the holidays nobody can help you she was not apologetic in any way shape or form. WHAT'S THE POINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION WHEN THEY GIVE YOU NO HELP? Take #9 off the options for calling them. Or rather yet, talk to anybody besides Caulleen
Always fresh produce. Deli meats are always fresh as well. Can also get good sushi for the price.
I originally had a negative review here, but I'm updating it since it doesn't really apply now.
The management is uncaring and unhelpful. A woman and her child were being attacked and bullied and the silver haired old guy manager did nothing to help or assist her! Shameful! As an eyewitness, I feel extrem Unsafe at this store. Will be shopping elsewhere. Corporate should repremand the management team at this thousand oaks location.
