Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
17Ran into a problem this morning paying and Vanya was so helpful and professional. Give her a raise!
Even though it was the night before Thanksgiving, Ralph's had everything we had on our list for last minute holiday items.
There prices are so much better than Vons. Great place to shop. Need more cashiers, not liking the push to self checkout. Seems like a great way to fire some of their staff. Not cool!
They ruined this store just like the Hillcrest location by building the shelves extra high to add more overpriced groceries to sift through in order to keep you in longer so you buy more than you need. A 18oz box of basic 4 cereal costs $7.99 thats the normal size box not family size. Its kinda hard to believe right?
Nice grocery store with good prices and deals. I often choose here over Sprouts across the street. Veggies sometimes cost more than Sprouts but not by much. Dry goods are cheaper than Sprouts for the items you can't get in bulk at Sprouts. Better bakery options than Sprouts. The grocery online ordering and pickup service is great. They've done a great job everytime. I only wish they gave option to use paper bags instead of plastic.
Great store with great prices. The employees are pretty happy too. Very cheerful, I enjoy seeing that, so I go to Ralph's often.
This Ralph's is really nice inside. I Love the Cheese section. So much to choose from. The Deli is very nice. The meat department has a lot to choose.
It's sad when 7-11 does a better job of stocking groceries. Pathetic.
Edit Oct 3,2022: Now they don’t sell hot food in the deli, they don’t offer shopping baskets because “they don’t have the staff to keep them clean”, and they don’t sell 10 cent bags at the self-checkout line. It’s almost 2023, Ralph’s. The pandemic excuse is old and crusty. Time to step it up, guys, or everyone will just use Amazon Fresh.
They just remodeled and have a great selection of prepared foods. Plus the new flooring and way they organized the food has gotten better. Wife and I like the selection of produce here, the meats though tend to be more expensive. We'll usually get our meat at Stater Bros or Costco.
I started ordering online during the pandemic and actually drive a little further past a couple of other stores with pickup options to get to this one. The staff is really top-notch with having accurate orders ready in a timely fashion.
We actually went to a Starbucks that was right next door to the Ralphs at the shopping center where the Ralphs is does have an ATM a Wells Fargo drive up
Aisles are too small you literally only fit with your cart your constantly bumping with other people good prices and nice deli section
I enjoy shopping at Ralph’s. The sales are great and I use the app to get my extra deals. The produce section is always stocked and fresh, along with the hot bar and bakery section.
I so appreciate for the excellent customer service I received from Brady, for his professional help and for going above and beyond in helping me at the check stand. Thank you!
Going into the actual store is amazing. The managers and employees are beyond enthusiastic and helpful! It's the other shoppers who don't care for others.
I Get Paid on the 3rd, the Last Day I have to pay my rent, without penalty.
I called ahead, and on THREE separate occasions, I was told there was someone in the store (at that exact moment) that could make Money Orders.
I live up the street. 5 minutes. And somehow EVERYTIME I arrived. They had somehow left for the day.
Plus, They are EXPENSIVE.for everything but Alcohol. They got plenty of discounts on that. I don't drink. (I guess that's how you get house wife's to go shopping) lol
Switched to Costco up the street instead. I have no regrets
RALPHS - CARMEL MOUNTAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THE DELI! I was waiting patiently. The guys were taking forever. When a guy asked me if I needed help. I was giving my order and he gave me an attitude because he was putting on his gloves. I didn't say anything. Wrote down my order and he did not listen to a word. I ordered ham, turkey and cheese. The amount was wrong too. I said half a pound for each meat and 1 lb for the cheese. He gave me 0.8 for one meat the other was 0.9. The cheese he gave was 1.5 lbs. The worst part.the meats were crushed and not neatly cut. The cheese was all crushed up too. I had a hard time separating each one. That's not even the complaint. HE FORGOT TO TAKE OUT THE PLASTIC COVERING ON THE HAM. My kid was eating his sandwich at school and told me there were plastic things on the ham. VERY VERY VERY WRONG! The guy has tattoos on his arms. I am not stereotyping but this guy needs to get fired! This would have never happened at VONS. Never again!
