Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
29Love the convenience of this store. Employees are always helpful and go out of their way to make this feel like home. Prices are cheap and the Ralph's rewards saves me gas money also. All around an awesome place to shop.
Expired items are known to be kept on the shelves. Make sure to check the expiration dates before purchasing.
When I asked for some help getting a cart today during all the craziness at first the employee looked a little surprised and began to give reasons why there weren't any but in no time flat she found one! I so appreciate the assistance.
Alot of homeless outside. Half their food brands you can find at your local food 4 less for half the price
Great place to buy groceries and ingredients at a fast speed. Friendly workers. Love this place.
Most employees give great customer service. However there is one employee who has a terrible attitude
The displays are Ralph's uniform, acceptable way of displays but the building was built a long time ago and it shows!
The cashiers have a REALLY bad attitude and even the Managers wouldn't care less.
Skip this rude place
This is a great store. Excellent customer service, lovely food. They have an excellent selection of dried fruit and legumes. Pink lentils for days!
This is my neighborhood go to grocery store. Good quality of fruits and meat. Shelves are always full. Friendly staff. Self check-out is great when buying a few items.
Very clean&organized. Always tip top shape.
The post oreo cereal is meh, I give it a 3 out of ten. The birthday cake cookie crisp, on the other hand, is phenomenal; and don't get me started on the French toast crunch. Mmm
It's a great store during the day, but it gets sketchy at night. I would not ever recommend anybody to go by themselves at night, as there are a lot of thieves and beggers. The only problem during the day is that there is almost always somebody trying to sell you something or get you to vote/sign petitions.
It's a grocery store. Delivery is better for my work schedule, it's touch and go but if you get a good employee doing the shopping it is really worth it
Friendly staff, clean store, and well stocked. I used to go to this store when I lived down the street. I enjoyed coming here then. I have since moved away, but will stop in when in town. The store is always clean and the selection is good. The staff is always friendly as well.
Very rarely is there more than two cashier's and they lines are always ridiculous. Hire more staff, the business is obviously there.
The workers are friendly which I like. I go here often since its close to my house. The prices are so so but have good deals when there is deals. I usually shop other markets for other stuff i need as well.
Downside is that there is always someone canvasing out front. Its annoying. Also it can be a favorite hangout for the homeless, but I havent seen them lately.
Had to go out in the parking lot to get a shopping cart. The meat department had no pork butts, asked the meat department if any were available. We were in the store around 2: 00 pm. They did have very good produce.
Alex in the seafood section was so helpful today and went the extra mile which is much appreciated!
Best grocery store. Vons way too pricey and happy found one off Woodman. Closest is Hillcrest but with all the stop lights one in Woodman closer pkus parking better than Hillcrest.
I like this store because it's close to my home, however the parking situation isn't great. They share a parking lot with many other stores and on a Friday night it's very hard to find a spot. The store itself is clean, and the staff who works there are great. I have seen the same faces at the checkstand for years, and I like that. I think that means that management treats them well. The guys who work at the meat counter are the best. I always ask for dinner suggestions and they are always quick with great ideas.
The store selection is lacking in some aspects, and sometimes I have to make a trip somewhere else to get a particular ingredient.
