Ralphs, Long Beach CA

How can any retailer that has Plenty of change and doesn’t need any more not give a paying customer back their change when they buy something?

I can understand if they did not have the change to give but they admittedly do have the change, don’t need more then they have and don’t want to give it to paying customers.

Coin shortage? When a customer pays with cash and you have the change to give give it to them. It’s their money. Being “short” of something means you don’t have it by definition. Look it up and learn something

Just arrived from Miami and I felt like I never left. Good selection from fruits, veggies, meats, variety of coffee, pastry (who can resist a guava pastry). They had fresh pan de bono. Pork rinds Too! And cafe bustelo!

Horrible customer service at the cash register. Everytime i go in there they have a bad attitude towards me and act like they're doing me a favor by ringing my stuff up.

Night and day difference between this Ralphs and the Vons across the street. Every time I come here it seems like everyone that works here is having a good day. When I need help they're helpful.the lower prices are just the cherry on top.

Zero customer service. For company with decline sale and more and more competition they care more about customers

Very racist market. I stopped in here tonight and asked for the code for the restroom and they said that someone would open the door for me that they don’t give out the code. When we get to the restroom there’s a customer there opening the door for his wife with a code so I asked him how he got the code and he replied that they gave it to him no questions asked. Last time I come here I thought Ralph’s were always friendly I guess not

Great location. Always busy. It would be nice if Ralphs would hire 1 additional teller during the busy hours.

Really good location. Easy to navigate the store. And Danette was possibly the kindest and sweetest employee you could ever find:)

Service is below average at this store. I only come here for something small and quick. No one ever says hello or Thank you. I did get a 'thank you' from the security Guard as I was leaving tonight, but that's it. If these people don't like their job and want to work here, I know a lot of people that need a job who need to feed their families and want to work hard and appreciate their jobs and be nice to thileir customers. Come on Ralphs, your losing it to your competitors.

A nice Ralphs grocery store. Good selection of beer. I got cherrys for 1.47lb with my Ralph's card today 6/27/2018

It's OK, this location is a bit tricky, I get lost due to bad sense of direction, but I always love Ralphs!

They advertise western union only to get you you waste your time with the horrible parking, rude clerks.to tell you "Sorry not today" they should just to the right thing and take down the sign that says they have that service.

Typical Ralph's. Good location. OK place to pick up some groceries, providing you're not price sensitive.

In the traffic circle when are the best Ralph I've been in they have everything very low prices

Ralph's staff is always friendly and helpful. It's my favorite place to do my grocery shopping.shelves are always stocked and produce fresh!

Fun shopping there have made goof friend s there! VERY REASONABLE prices, lots of organic items!

Nice little shopping plaza. Can get a bit congested, so patience is needed when driving inside the plaza.

I love Ralphs store. I find everything here, always fresh produce, clean store and the friendly staff rocks!
