Ralphs, West Hollywood CA

I am severely disabled and in need of a power shopping cart. There's has been out of order for despite many promises to fix it or replace it I don't recommend seniors go to the store

Good selection of produce. Huge freezer and alcohol sections. Very busy store. Always interesting Hollywood types shopping here. Long lines. Park on the store's roof off Fuller Ave ad the front lot is packed

I shop at Ralph's often. However, I did not have a good experience today. The cashier Martha in the flower dept was very unprofessional and not friendly. She conversed with another employee while I purchased flowers. She never acknowledged me. I informed the manager Mrs. Alonzoand she didnt seem to concerned that one of her employees displayed poor service. Very disappointed with this particular Ralph's in Hollywood on LaBrea and Fountain.

Aside from challenging parking, which is no worse than anything else in the area, this Ralph's offers a large selection across the board, and is kept in generally good condition. They tend to be fairly busy, but are good about keeping lines moving and employees have been pleasant and professional in my experience. No major complaints in any area.

It's a good store with helpful staff and good prices. They have a good selection of produce with lots of organic options. Just be advised, that after midnight they shut down all of the checkout lines except for one, so be prepared to wait in line.

So it's 12: 38am right now this is a super busy location. I've been in line for 15minutes almost at the register now (the only open register)! WooHoo! There's another 30 people waiting behind me as well. Poor lady at the register is sweating bullets because everyone wants to rip her head off (as if it's her fault). Good job Ralph's management, superb customer service!
