Ralph's is Ralph's is Ralph's like MCDONALD'S is MCDONALD'S. Same everywhere. The staff are friendly here though and they all seem to know where everything is!

Open till 1 am with classic rock playing. Need I say more! It lists the location as old Agoura, it's not, it's the Ralph's on the corner of Westlake and TO. Blvd.

I love this store! When I moved out here in 1982, (All the way from Liberty Canyon!) it was a tough choice between you guys and the Calabasas one, BUT I quickly gave in when that huge mall was built AND their management came here!
Needless to say I really have Never had a bad experience here. I can think back about so many times you've shown kindness to my kids & me as well.
Over 40 years just moving has become a painful challenge sometimes and I've noticed your associates often help me manage things in subtle ways without being asked or arrange to be available sometimes like a genie materialize in the produce sprinklers mist.

The stocker was quite rude, I had to follow her around the deli section even when I called her by saying excuse me but she pointed to the sign saying if it's not there we don't have it. Since it was my first time going there, I was quite taken aback. Will be reluctant to go back.

Waited for at least 10 minutes in the deli dept with NOT one of the 2 guys that were working there even acknowledged me! One was wiping down the sushi area, and the other man dumping the trashcans! It was around 3pm, not closing time or anything, I finally yelled out "is there anyone working with waiting customers in this area"? The older man mumbled something, and I left without buying anything! Drove across the Street to Vons!

Deli needs to learn how to cut meat and cheese. They also need to know what they have. The guy working at 6: 00p on Wednesday night has no idea what he is doing and thinks its funny to leave people on hold. I'll be going to Westlake Ralphs.

Ralph's is a great market. Prices are a lot better than Vons. Everything is fresh and delicious

Luckily I live close to 3 great supermarkets.
Ralphs, Albertsons and Trader Joes.
I shop at all 3 and get the groceries I want/needs. Example; Ralph's has great fruits and vegetables. TJs has lots of Organic/Kosher stuff and good prices for cheese. Albertson has great cooked foods/deli/sushi and meat items.it helps since I now have time since I recently retired. Yeahhh

I went in for 1 think and found several unexpected sale items. Good prices, clean store over all great experience.

Ralphs is a serial abuser of understaffing their store. About a year ago from the date of writing this review, I noticed that this Ralphs shifted from staffing their checkers properly to consistently understaffing their checkers and leaning on self check out. It is not uncommon to wait ten minutes to check out. Today was the worst I've seen, it took twelve minutes for the manager to call for additional checkers, and an additional 5 once a line opened up. Stop cheaping out and staff your store properly or you will continue to lose more customers. As a lifetime customer, I will no longer be shopping here

Was there yesterday (7/18/2021). A man doing his shopping without face mask, and a store employee approached him asking if he needs one. Great effort! One star off because someone at customer service wore his mask under his nose.

Cool checkout carts that scan each product you put into them. Good selection of organic fruits and vegetables.
