Ralphs Grocery reviews
28This is the 4th times we delivery here, every time had a problem form waiting for long time, this time we had 6 pm appointment check in 5 pm at 9 pm they called for dock & until 3 am next day finished unload it. Unbelievable.
I was greeted great at security, unloaded quickly, they even have a cafeteria by door 339 on the 3rd floor.
Got a dock so tight I could not back it into and they had no trouble giving me a new one. Many tractors had to drop trailer in docks to make room for others to back in or pull out. Not built for 53' trailer. Good time unloading but this place was a zoo.
If I compare today's visit to the last 30+ before, There's not enough stars to give them. I'm in wonder there's only 5 other trucks getting unloaded an 0 waiting for a door. Had to pinch than slap myself to see if it's if I'm dreaming or dead, still not sure.the cafeteria is supposed to be pretty good I hear.
15 year of the driving an this is the most ridiculous Place refuse 9 hours early to even park no problem. We run into that regularly.come back we've been blackballed because they told us to leave and we asked for a minute so we can try to find a place to park somewhere but now can't even get into to deliver. Guards here r young an arrogant think they run the place.primarily the 2 younger females one male is ok an even said they were bitc#es himself.oh yeah btw we had only 1 pallet
This is a distribution center, refrigerated warehouse. Tough place to park semi. Walls in front of loading docks have various colors of paint scraped from fenders of tractors. It is a routine to ask other drivers to drop the trailer and move tractor away to make a room for a parking maneuver, when loading docks are occupied on both sides. On entrance staging area, parking slot is slanted to the right, requiring blind side parking.
Guards are very present and nice. But as for the lumper crew, they are a bunch of lazy, worthless, butt holes. I had 2 pallets of product. 200 cases and it too 4 hours to get it off. What a joke.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Checked in an hour early and was pleasant with everyone and that was at 4: 30pm had a 5pm appointment and no door yet. Staging area is a joke. Almost got hit twice. Seen another truck get hit. Also seeing people who came in after I did at their appointment times get a door. This is completely ridiculous. Ask the guard what was up and he just shrugs his shoulders and walks on. Well far as I’m concerned I’ll stay here all night if I have too. Didn’t wanna believe the reviews but apparently it’s true. And it doesn’t matter how nice you are.
