Refused a case because it weighed 80 lbs, but there were 5 others on the manifest that weighed over 80 as well. Think they just didn't want it and screwed me in the process.
I haven't even arrived at delivery and I'm already not impressed. I called the number listed here, which is also the one on my dispatch, to try and verify appt.time.
Scheduling doesn't answer a phone, only email. Recording says if you are running late, option 3. I figured that might get me a live person.
Instead, I got a recording that listed off phone numbers for every Kroger whse in US, alphabetically, so Riverside took a while to pop up. When it did, it was same number I dialed, + option 1. Option 1 is their DIRECTION line. So much for verifying my appt.

Lady in receiving room won’t even bother to reply you even if you are waiting from long time
Slow to get in and slow to get out. 5 hours to get unloaded and get bills. $210 "restacking" fee on top of lumper fee. All pallets were upright. Noticed this charge lately at other recieving warehouses. Recieving was ok. Were a jacket if you get cold easily. Receiving office is in the refrigerated warehouse where you will be waiting to check in and get your bills on the way out.

4 star bcuz a portable potty for drivers: (. Otherwise good experience, plenty staging room, plenty backing into dock room, and looks like you can park in the street if your more than 30min early.
10/24/22. No longer take you 30 minutes early but you have to be right on time appointment was 6 PM told me to come back at 6 PM on the dot.
Same Thing As The Past Years Long Wait And High Fees To Get Unloaded Bring Food 4 hrs Is The Least I Wait Been There Lots Of Times! Once You Pay Them You Still Wait For Paperwork Another Hr!

This place is ridiculous for a partial load. Got in the gate at 0100 finally for a 0100 appointment. Still waiting for my paperwork at 0630 when they called me at 0600 that my paperwork was ready. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of parking and the security guards who had more people skills than the Receiving department has.
Very unprofessional setting. The dairy offices in particular. The management branch is incapable of their duties and have no leadership whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend as a place of employment
Bad place, I unloaded for 7 hours, waited for paper work for 4 hours and still didn't get it
Very incompetent. 1 hour for check in. Unload didn't begin for another hour. Another two hours for unload to finish. Worthless people.exactly what you expect from this area.
Stop complaining. None of you will do anything about it. If truck drivers weren't such cowards, they'd have more influence in an industry they should control. But all you do is whine. Stop taking any loads for 3 days, then you will get their attention and Fair wages. But whining will get you nothing. Brokers will take 40-60% and warehouses can do as they please. So do something about it or be quiet if your an O/O. If companies are ignorant enough to pay their astronomical Lumper fees, that's their problem. Waiting is just part of trucking, and again nobody will do anything about it.
