Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport reviews
35All out a beautiful stay. Upon checking in, I was given the rundown of the hotel. Everywhere you can possibly touch a surface they have touch-less hand sanitizer pumps. Entering the room, king size bed room, space, space galore. The rustic modern simplicity of the room is perfect. You can park inside the little island oasis area in the gate or outside of it. Clean rooms, spotless grounds and helpful employees. Not a grouch in site. Considering it be close to Christmas, not a Grinch was in sight. I recommend this property to anyone in need of a simple place to wind down from the Cali bustle. Local or new arrival.
Our first room was gross has to relocate to another one that we still had to clean up a bit first
No complimentary breakfast. Yes there's a restaurant, foods ok. Yes there's a pool, no lifeguard. Rooms are cozy. There's a free shuttle to bring you into the city. The parking lot is tight. Housekeeping speaks very limited English and are feisty. They refused to give me extra towels upon request. I had to go to the main lobby and ask the front desk for towels.
There's a microwave and a mini fridge in the room as well as an iron w board and a blow dryer.
For the amount of money I spent to stay here for 2wks I expected better service
It doesn't look like much from there outside. But the room was clean and cozy and the staff was very helpful. The kitchen/dining staff was particularly helpful with directions & how to get rides etc. Not being from a big city, that was great!
Very nice hotel and has a very nice size pool, which is perfect afternoon swimming. Room service and room cleaning are very prompt and thorough! You won't go wrong visiting these guys!
I didn't have a bad time at the Ramada, but I also didn't have a great time. The staff was nice and helpful, check in/check out was easy,
room was affordable, free airport shuttle, and there was a decent selection of vending machines. My only issues was the mini ant infestation in room 219, it seemed to be concentrated in the bathroom area. It wasn't too bad, I'm just glad they weren't in the beds. Rooms are in a bit of rough shape, could definitely use a remodel. The bathroom and front door looked so old and beat up, and the toilet seat didn't even wanna stay up half the time. Also, the microwave in the room didn't work at all. Oh and I wish they had complimentary breakfast. There was a small area to sit down and get served food but the waitress seemed overwhelmed and out of breath trying to handle 4 tables by herself and had trouble with the ancient credit card machine. I felt bad ordering food to go, but I didn't wanna sit around and wait to get served. Not sure if I'd stay here again, maybe if I was seriously running low on money.
Ok place, kind of loud located between Burbank Airport and the #5 freeway. No shower curtain when I first got there, but it was replaced the next day.
Location was good. Nice courteous staff. The facility itself is dated. I had a long walk to my room. The carpet was filthy and needed replacing. The room was otherwise clean, as was the bedding. No bugs were seen.
Quaint, hacienda-style hotel with restaurant and pool. Room is clean, near highway 5, Burbank, CA.
Room was alright. Beds were clean, water's warm, coffee is provided, TV, and a microwave. WiFi is pretty terrible, however.
Nice hotel, has a pool, and a bar I think. Also has a restaurant. No breakfast included though. Overall nice hotel.
I love staying at the Ramada in Burbank.ca next to the airport it's so clean they are very friendly
BED BUG HEAVEN! HORRIBLE! GHETTO AREA! DISGUSTING, A FRAUD- NOTHING AT ALL like what the pictures on the website state this hotel to be like. A waste of my money and TIME! STAY AWAY!
The area was kind of rough but the hotel itself was pretty clean. Great customer service and good room service. I would return.
Location is interesting being right next to a highway, I am a heavy sleeper so it didn't effect me at all, but it is possible I guess. Interior of the hotel was alright, beds were great, bathrooms however leave some to be desired
Close to the Burbank airport & relatively inexpensive, but more like a motel with doors to outside. Parking is a little cramped but adequate. Staff is friendly & helpful.
Stayed here for a work trip because it was cheap and close to the airport. Not a great experience. The facility is getting old, and they've only minimally invested in upkeep to offset the aging.
Usually I say you get what you pay for, but even with that low bar this place wasn't somewhere I'd consider again in the future.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and welcoming. Rented two adjoining rooms but no door connecting.
Desk attendant was very nice. The place wreaks of weed though and the wood is rotting all over the room. But, it was cheap and right off the highway. The rooms are mostly clean and the beds are new and pretty comfy. Nothing exceptional
Hotel was ok. Expected a little more for the price. After driving 6 hrs from S. F.really wanted to get an early check in. They were not acomadating and kind of dismissive.
Extremely close to the freeway so the commute there isn't bad. The Whisper bar and lounge next to is an amazing compliment to the Ramada.
