Ramada by Wyndham Los Angeles/Downtown West

We spent one night in this gorgeous hotel. The lobby is the most beautiful hotel lobby I ever saw. Service is impeccable. Rooms are large enough and the bathroom is well equipped. Breakfast is large and of good quality. The bed is comfy and soft, thus we could sleep well. I will come back here soon with my friends.

When we arrived there was trash in the room and even a thick yellow toenail on the floor, so we had to get a different room. The walls were thin, the furniture was beat up, the bed was hard, and the guy at the front desk was so rude. This place sucks

This hotel is awesome! The food was all delicious and the service is great. The room was clean and no problems with any bugs or anything. All the outlets worked and anything else in the room. Assisted everywhere and provided all the necessary quality care. I would love to return there for another stay. Overall it was an excellent stay! Thank you!

This Ramada is a hidden gem in the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles. I'm impressed by the size of the hotel, it has courtyards and underground parking. The staff here are courteous and professional.

Limited parking, the rooms smell of smoke and weed. Are room shower was broken had to wait until the next day for repair.

Please do your research before staying here.they rent to the homeless so when you stay here u are staying with people who live there.bed was very uncomfortable the floor had a lot of bumps and dibits.people please do your research before coming here.

We've been there one night so far and things have been great. Cable TV, super hot water, they brought the crib to our room very quickly and the bed is comfortable enough to sleep on. Only complaint I would say is they do not offer any breakfast even though it said they did when I booked online. It's due to covid so can't be too upset but I wish they had a grab and go option or something. Even if they sold prepackaged pastries in the lobby and orange juice it would be so convenient.

We were able to achieve that goal with the support of your team. We'll be back the next year. They surprised him with a slice of chocolate cake on a tray with "Happy Birthday" written on it after we casually mentioned it was his birthday. It was absolutely beautiful, our star. We had a wonderful time on vacation and wanted to stay here for a while. It's strongly advised!

I stayed in this hotel for two days, and I was impressed because these guys were able to provide me an excellent service that I have ever tried. I'll be giving my Five stars all the way to this hotel.

There's an on-site buffet restaurant with a huge delicious food to choose from. It was worth my first time. The ambiance was so clean with modern designs. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Way overpriced! The walls are super thin. I believe a football game was being played in the middle of the night overhead. It is not enough perks to warrant the price. The room was oldish. I just wasn't comfortable

My girlfriend and I have had a great five days here and are looking forward to returning! We were almost in the middle of a rain forest, which was unusual. We had a wonderful breakfast and received prompt and courteous service.

It's safe and exclusive for yourself and a loved one. Appreciate the professionalism from the front desk manager, who is kind and doesn't hesitate to help with whatever is needed at any given time.
