Car wash dude tryed getting crazy with wife infront of my face good thing I was there to talk to em the way he was talking to her got me so heat it ….

Super slow and soft wash. Why this business isn't getting rave reviews is beyond me. A big group of men are always hanging out having their vehicles meticulously detailed. Great wash for $8.

I have a monthly pass for the express car wash. The last three times I have been there they haven’t had any towels to dry my car off with, the vacuums and air sprayers are in terrible condition. Some of them work and others don’t. When I was there yesterday I had to go inside to ask for clean towels. I addressed the Manager Jose with my concerns. His responses were very unprofessional. I was told that there were clean towels out. He proceeded to tell me that the towels were clean and that other customers use them on their tires and rims and that’s why they didn’t look clean. There was a top basket where the clean towels should be with a few towels that I saw two other customers put their used dirty towels into. There was no bottom basket for the dirty towels to be put into. I won’t be renewing my monthly pass again because of my interactions with Jose. I will take my business down the street.

Dope car wash, manager is always sweet. Love the AREON car fresheners, leaves my car smelling great

They always give a good hand wash. Been coming here for 2 decades and have never done the express wash, always the full wash. Never a complaint about the quality of the wash. They are quite slow though. Don’t plan on being out of here in less than an hour. And make sure you go to the bathroom before you arrive. The building is very run down and the bathrooms are pretty disgusting. Sad for a place that cleans for a living; they can’t even make sure their building is clean.

Horrible service. Those guys work with bitterness, I guess they are not well paid. Also the manager is useless when you tell him the problem. Anyway, I won't this poor service anymore

I don't know what is wrong with these Car Wash guys, they are very rude, not professional at all. This is the last time I got there to wash my vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Waited 30 minutes before my truck even entered the wash. Only one car ahead of me. I understand they have a quick lane but only 2 cars, so they pulled in 5 cars that wasn't quick wash before mine. I'm pretty mad and will never come back. Bad management.unacceptable by all means! I run a business and this is not what you do.

On August 13! 2021, After 8 years my wife washing my car, I decided to give her a brake.
I took my car to ramon canyon car wash (I use to go all the time before) and after I wait approx 40 minutes (with only one car front of me) they pule my car out of the wash line!
I was surprised how slow the business are!
I wait another 20 minutes for some one work in my car!
Finally they finish it (they did good job on it)
My back it’s killing me, so I tip the guy, got in my car, and I drove home, and I put my car in my garage!
Today (Sunday) I start fixing my car for tomorrow trip!
I forgot to mention I dint use my car for two week prior that Friday 13!
So I notes on the passager side mi car it’s full of tents!
I call emitianly the car wash and no body answer.
I left a message and no body call me back yet.
I’m reading on the ticket they not responsable for any damages!
Sorry Wife! You clean my car from now one!

Service is inconsistent. Last time was really bad. Had to point out things not done.even vacuuming had to be redone. HOWEVER. The young man who came out to talk to me was very polite and helpful. He took care of my concerns. There are times when everything is very good to excellent and others that are good to not so good.

This place has gone down the drain since the owner of the airport carwAsh took over. I used to love this carwAsh now I will never go again! The airport carwAsh was already bad now there’s two! Customer service is subpar and also the quality of the wash is a 3 out of 10. They need to regroup. One of the guys accidentally sliced my seat on my Range Rover and completely denied it as if I wouldn’t have noticed a big cut in my leather seat prior to visiting this store. I know it wasn’t intentional but we still have to figure out how to solve this issue.

This place is awesome! They a self service car wash almost like quick quack but better! They actually scrub your car before going thru the wash and in the vacuum area they have damp towels for all the customers so you can dry the doors jams wipe the dash an so forth…. I love this place! Only $8

The attendant was rude and literally talked me out of getting my car washed. He said he was too busy. There may have been four or five cars there. I went somewhere else and received great service. I would not recommend this place.

We've used this car wash for several years.several times. It used to be great then we started getting our car back still dirty on more than one occasion (every business has bad days) so we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. We either never get our car mats back or end up with someone else's. This time we got someone else's back again so we won't be using this place again and don't recommend it to anyone as well.

You get what they advertised very well run your vehicle looks brand new cleaned inside and outside everyone is very courteous very COVID-19 conscious a must try

Kinda scratched my hood while drying it not a big deal I guess not really worth complaining this review should be enough just be more careful but won't be returning 8/7/2020 $31 with Tip not the issue but having to repair this because I trusted them enough not to walk around my vehicle like some people do explains why the guy walked away and let someone else finish

Upgraded my express wash with hand wax and the guy who dried my car was kinda upset because he didn’t notice my upgrade and made me wait forever. I’m paying $27 for that service?
The guys working here they don’t even know about that “add on”.
