Ramona Motel / Casa Playa Inn & Suites Stanton Anaheim Area

Visited with sum friends, the motel owner kept reminding us that visitors aren't allowed.

By far, the worst hotel experience ever.i was told i was granted the “best room” in the entire unit.the only thing clean of this room, was the bed/sheets and restroom area.i’ll give them that, other than that this hotel was sketchy, filthy and horrible.i checked out as soon as i saw the room.
DO NOT EVER RENT A ROOM HERE!

The owner is very mean. When I was checking in, all he kept saying was, "No visitors, no pets & no smoking. " So, when I went to check out. He went to the room to check it so I could get my security deposit back. I didn't think there would be a problem because I cleaned the room before I left it. Well he came back and said I couldn't have my security deposit back because I smoked in the room, which I did not.

Called to cancel was screamed at and disregard. Was told they can not cancel. Women was rude did not even care poor poor customer service. Guess I have to stay or they will take my money any ways.

The customer service was great, bt this was truly a "you get what you pay for the situation. " So I recommend it if you realllllllllllly have to bt if not pick an upgraded room or pick one because it's not worth it.

Tried to check in but the place had police all around, maybe pick a different one. Didn't look very safe with a large amount of people outside standing on the corner.

Is this a hotel or somewhere to hangout?

It’s appealing to the eye on the exterior, you can tell they made modifications on the inside. Very peaceful especially if you’re a sensitive to environments. Plus you get a microwave an a mini fridge! Honestly for the price it’s perfect.

When my boyfriend and I got there they took forever to service to us and once they did they weren’t very nice. They gave us our room and we got there and there was no electricity and the floors were filthy, they gave us another and it smelled so bad also the entire time they made us go back and forth. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL they will not refund either rooms all have peeling walls and stained floors.

Better place here than my later stay at Pechanga Casino Resort. Their customer service really sucked. They didn't care either.
-Not bad for the price. Actually paid a few bucks less than originally quoted. Clean, fresh, bright white sheets. Room smelled fresh. Fresh clean towels. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure in the shower. The room was very quiet. I did not hear any noisy neighbors. Very well lighted parking area. My 2022 Harley-Davidson was safe. Better price than my regular hotel. I will choose this hotel from now on when I visit the LA area.
