On July 13 at around 11: 58am I called ramona realty for information and resources. They promptly hung up in my face. I spoke to a man named Curt myers and they had zero interest in helping the public. I asked a question to get clarification because I didnt understand what they were telling me and they said "you know what? " And hung up in my face. I dont understand why Curt myers would conduct business this way, I dont recommend anyone get services provided from the specific individual known as Curt myers. In fact be wary of doing business with Ramona realty of they want to be associated with curt myers. The individual clearly has no interest in helping anyone unless it is an opportunity to make money. This place is not a resource for the public. This place is not interested iin helping the public.do not recommend doing business with an individual who prioritizes money over people, would give 0 stars if could.

Kurt Myers is AWESOME! He facilitated the sale of our father's home, and we live in 3 separate states throughout the country! Needless to say, lots of communication was necessary, but he was constant through the process. He began showings and got offers right away, and guided us through the process. He was a consumate professional, but personally went above and beyond to assist us. I could not be more pleased with Kurt's service and highly recommend him!

Kurt Myers is a very great guy who knows the area where we are interested to buy our home very well. He knew what we were looking and what is important to us and remembered them whenever we visited a house. He always on time and he told us pros and cons of every house we visited without any pressure. He never complain about the time we take to see one house and he is very patient as sometimes my wife and I couldn’t go inside together and see a house because my little girl usually sleep in the car. He is very kid friendly, and my two girls liked him very much. This is our second time purchasing a house and we are very happy by our decision to go with Kurt instead of my other realtor. Kurt kept the experience positive when at times we felt overwhelmed and stressed out. I would absolutely use Kurt again and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and families.

I highly recommend Kurt Myers as a realtor! He is very knowledgeable about the entire buying process from start to finish which includes the negotiating of sale price and the financing of a home. Many realtors lack this critical piece of the process. We had a short time span to find a home and Kurt was very organized and prepared to accomplish the goal.

Kurt Myers of Ramona Realty was our buyer's agent and he was awesome! He is a great guy he goes above and beyond. Very Professional. He'll make sure that you get the best deal possible there's a lot of real estate agents out there that I wouldn't trust. I highly recommend him to anybody that's looking to sell their home or looking to buy a home.
