Great service! After a disappointing advise at PepBys where all they wanted was to sell me a new tire, I came here to find not only that the tire was salvageable but also was repaired so it could keep its warranty. They also changed all the wheel nuts at no extra cost. Terrific customer service!

These guys are fantastic! I needed a quick oil change and they were able to fit me in to their busy schedule last minute. They performed additional services for a great price. I'm definitely a return customer!

Friendly service and full explanation of issues. Due to work needed by outside shop (cracked rim) whole process took a bit longer than anticipated.

Have some big ol chunky tires on our Tacoma, and some low profiles on our Honda, both cars are serviced from this establishment. They are INCREDIBLE! Prompt, professional, and lowest prices around for what you get, they will also earn or advise against certain things or products if they think you can do better or something is unnecessary, but are not pushy. This store goes above and beyond and Alex is a manager who cares about the integrity of the employees, the shop, the work, and the customers first and foremost. From front to back they are a team I trust and won’t take our cars or trucks anywhere else. For the off-road enthusiast or import tuner they do camber and castor alignments as well which most places do not. They are an overall GREAT team with great standards and great communication and customer care as well as knowledge of cars and what they are doing

Alex and the team at Ramona tire did a great job for me today. He quickly provided a very competitive quote on some new tires I’ll need shortly and did a tire rotation in under 45 min. I’m very impressed!

I have been with them for 2-3 yrs now, i love the fact that I can fix my car and make payments for 6 months with zero interest. This place is almost perfect for me if not because of one incident. November of 2018 I brought my car thier and the new Manager told me my break pads needs replacements and I said: do you think I have 2 or 3 weeks to drive this because I don't think i can afford now, and he said: showing me the break pads model sample located in the frontdesk, and he said your pads is like this it's almost nothing it is risky to drive for even a week. Anyway, to cut the story short I end up taking my car home and bought parts at Amazon, my co-worker changed it and showed me the old break pads and he said you still have lots of life left in this breakpads since you're only driving so little. That dismayed me. Until now I have doubts whenever I take my car for check up, another incident, I had changed oil 2 days after my engine oil is gone their worker didn't put the cap back properly and they didn't take responsibility instead cover up, the manager said: your car is old it needs engine now. I had to tow my car crying in front of the manager bec didn't have money to fix that time, while saving money i found a mechanic that fixed my car and I was able to drive it 6 months more soon as I had the money I went to Ryan automotive for engine replacement. You guys save your A$$ don't go through what I went through. Find an honest shop.

I thought I needed brakes and was ready to pay the price. Derek inspected my Honda and said my brakes were good; integrity and customer service will bring me back again. Also, a minor tune up was completed in time to pick up my daughter from school!

Excellent customer service and work, Alex goes above and beyond to help every customer as well as the gentlemen in the shop. They take excellent care in the details and service on your vehicles no matter what it came in for. Would highly recommend to anyone. I am a mechanic myself and trust them to bring my own vehicle here. Very hard to find a trustworthy, good quality work shop like them.
