Ramona Tire & Service Centers, Palm Desert CA

I was disappointed that they wanted to charge me full price for my oil change instead of telling me that they had a special with a coupon. I had the coupon on my phone but once I mentioned it he reduced the price without seeing my coupon.
Not good customer service for a repeat customer.

Ramona Tire in Palm Desert did it again. Excellent service! We needed new tires on our SUV, shopped around to get the best deal, including Costco. Ramona tire beat the best price I could find, had the tires in stock and had our car back that afternoon. They also do mechanical work, and have always been very fair and honest.

Very pleased, went for an oil change they found some problems another place missed. My car was ready within a reasonable amount of time everyone helpful and pleasant. Will be goin back.

This was the 2nd flat tire that they have repaired for free. Amazing service and very nice people. The car has low profile tires, they did a good job with the rim, no damage and I could see they were being careful. It is really nice to know that some places still care and put the customer first.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The managers Collin and David are wonderful, they explain everything to me and always have the answers.
