Sam is great and always tries to accommodate everyone. Guys in shop are nice to customers. They need someone up front just to follow up with customers because they are so busy. Thanks for always taking care of us.

From the time I walked in I saw Sam deal with client over the phone rudely on multiple occasions and even his own workers he disrespected them. The when when he’s around guest he would quickly put on a front as Mr good customer service guy and treated his workers as they were beneath him. Not only did he not attempt to fix my car issue he charged me for something I already knew what this issue of my car was. If this is what Ramona tire represents this definitely not a company worth working for doing business with

I came it needing to have a tire plugged. I got there near closing so had to leave my tire there but, Todd took great care of me and had my tire ready and was able to get it reinstalled first thing the next morning. Thanks for your help!

Nice service! I have pretty expensive tires and got screw into that.
Guys fixed it and gave me car back very clean without any signs of even being repaired. Overall good feedback!

I usually go to the dealersip where i bought my car 8 years ago. I was recommended by my friend to give Ramona Tires and Service center a try.

It was a long for me, but it was worth it.

They didn't push you to do other services. The price was reasonable if you get a discount.

I won’t be coming here again. I usually go somewhere else but decided to give them a shot since it was more convenient. Figured I’d pay more but save myself some time - I was wrong. After being told on the phone they had the tires I needed in stock and that the job would take 1-1.5 hours I drove there and I was told I spoke to a call center in Kentucky and was given false information. Okay, it’s a big company and mistakes happen - I brush it off and have them order the tires so I could pick up the car around 4. Fast forward to finally receiving my car at about 5: 30 after showing up and seeing my car on the lift while the guys working chatted it up in the garage. Turns out my tires didn’t show up until 4: 30 and instead of turning the job around quickly I was left aside. I do not like complaining as I work in the retail/service industry as well but it’s a joke how fast the job was done once they were pushed to finish it.

Needed air for wife's Tesla, Jesus with a smile, checked all 4 tires, so nice to deal with people like Jesus that have the customers best interest in mind. Thank you Jesus!

They were booked, busy and found little time to help me, I'm thankful for the service they offered.

I received very good advice regarding my battery. The associate was very professional. My car was checked out but I was not charged for the service.

Sam was excellent. He listened to my initial concerns, had the car examined and reported some additional areas that needed attention. I appreciated his thoroughness. He was a consummate professional. I would highly recommend Sam and Ramona Tire.

Final revision. I initially gave them a 1-star review. My daughter talked me into revising it to a 3-star review. Here's the final version after 2 days and 3 visits. Day 1 (first visit) : Needed 4 new tires and alignment ($550). Got a call saying it'll be another $100 to remove the locking lug nuts and replace them. Was given a 2 hour time frame. 4 hours later I picked up the car. On the way home, I noticed the low tire pressure warning light. I drove back (Day 1, second visit) and was told to drive it around the block to reset the tire sensor. They should have told me this when I left the first time. The following day, as my daughter drove the to her work, she discovered the right front tire was completely flat. After filling it with air, she had to stop by again for Day 2 (third visit). They told her that it was a faulty stem and fixed it (whatever.). I won't be going back and will not recommend them to anyone. They're lucky I gave them 2-stars. Maybe it's because I'm trying to be nicer and that they're only 3 minutes away from my house.
