We have been clients of Dr. Ko since 2016 and we could not be happier with the entire staff as their level of care is amazing. We have two cats and two dogs and whenever there is an emergency they always find time to fit us in. Dr. Ko is honest, caring and we would not trust our animals care with anyone else. Friendly staff who warmly welcomed me and my two dogs. Thorough exam, addressed my concerns, didn't try to upsell unneeded vaccines or procedures. Great experience!

1st visit with Dr. Ko was a pleasure. I felt he was really interested in my dog, Harley, 6 yrs old. He did a thorough exam, and he found a spot on Harley's eye which was never found before.

Honest Dr and great customer service. They will be clear on what your pet needs and won’t make you expend on thing that are not really needed. I strongly recommend this clinic.

My very anxious 11 year old dog saw D. Ko at RB Vet Clinic. This was the first time Hachi was comfortable enough to have someone look at his ears, teeth, check his heart and general exam. He even had his nails trimmed! I am so pleased to have found Dr, Ko and his staff!

I established veterinary care for my newly acquired 5 yr old golden retriever with Dr. Ko and his team at RBVC due to their high ratings from customers and was not disappointed! We were greeted with kind knowledgeable staff who efficiently got health records from the previous owner’s vet and gave my doggo a treat while she got weighed I completed paperwork. Dr. Ko was kind and compassionate, taking time to thoroughly answer all my questions without me feeling rushed. One of the techs even came in and sat on the floor to love on my sweet pup and tell me how beautiful she is! I will recommend Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a great place for their fur babies to be cared for.

Since we moved to Rancho Bernardo in 2014 from Connecticut we have been fortunate to have Dr. Ko and his staff as our veterinarians. Our previous dog a chocolate lab named Rocky lived to be sixteen years old mainly due to the kind and professional staff at RB Vet Clinic. We now have a six month old black lab puppy which we have introduced to the staff and hope to have many healthy years ahead.

I have been taking my cat, Baby, to RB Vet Clinic for 2 years now and have never been disappointed! They are friendly, professional, and very concerned about her health.especially dental. I very much appreciate that Dr. Ko is conservative in his recommendations for her care.

Love this vet! Dr. Ko is very knowledgeable and "cured" my 14 year old cat's eye issue without pushing extra expensive labs, etc. My 1st and only trip so far was very pleasant! All the employees were genuinely loving and caring people! This place is located in Oaks North Village, which gives it a peaceful vibe. Very clean office!

We did not have any pets in the past so we did not know what to look for in a Veterinarian. When I got my first cat, one day I picked up the phone and called all the local veterinarians'' offices. We chose Dr. Ko.

4.5 years fast forward with 3 cats. Dr. Ko has had unwavering diagnosis, he is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly. They have great follow up ethics after major procedures. I see many happy clients every time I am there.

My pup is always treated well here. She is comfortable around the staff and the Doctors. They always work with her to make her feel comfortable from sitting on the floor with her to performing an exam in the car when she was too stressed to get out. I’ve always been happy with the exam and recommendations for further care.

Everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful! I have been taking my cat for about a year. The vet is extremely knowledgable. All the staff are so kind. Yesterday our car almost caught on fire in the parking lot (dealership forgot to add coolant seal) so it was smoking and my boyfriend had to walk a mile down the road to go get coolant. They offered to give him a ride, gave us water to mix it and then the sweet lady (I forget her name but she’s blonde) brought me all these snacks outside while I waited just to make me feel more comfortable. What an angel!

After receiving care at two disappointing vet clinics since we arrived in SD, we were hoping every day to find a clinic that would take the time to care for our pet. RB Vet Clinic IS that clinic.

Dr. Ko and his amazing staff made our pet's visit enjoyable and productive. We were given explanations, an A+ treatment plan, and many tasty treats to keep our pet's mind at ease.

Overall this is the best vet clinic I think I've ever been to. Just too many great things to say. Keep up the great work! We'll be returning for all our future care needs.

Having been going to Dr Ko for many years and I am always very pleased with the care and dedication I experience with himself and his staff.

I highly recommend this place. Not only do they provide top quality care, they truly do care. Dr. Ko and the entire staff at Rancho Bernardo Vet Clinic treat their customers like family. They look out for our dogs as if they were their own. Can't say enough good things.

Dr. Ko and his team are phenomenal! Everyone at the RB Vet Clinic is so kind to our cats. The promptness and quality of the service are impeccable.

Additionally, the facility is clean, well-lit, and in a great area easily accessible just off the I-15.

My cats are elderly and are getting extra timid in their golden years. And one thing I enjoyed was that I could be in the examination room with them, which helped keep them calm during the entire visit.

Pricing is incredibly fair and reasonable. Dr. Ko is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of time to explain each treatment step and the options available.

This is easily the best vet I've found in North County, San Diego.
