8An absolute dream of a place! Pickleball in the morning, water volleyball next, golf in the early afternoon, live music in the early evening, pickleball under-the-lights, drinks around a firepit at night with amazing friends! Rinse & Repeat! So much to do, so little time! Cards, hiking, biking, swimming, aerobics, arts & crafts, karaoke, the activities go on and on! For 5 months a year, it becomes my heaven on earth! Staff are wonderful! Residents are very friendly and welcoming! Very clean and nice! Looking forward to an amazing future!
We live here during the winter. It's a pleasant and clean environment. Very friendly neighborhood
My Mom lives here and it is fantastic and affordable for 55+ people. Great pools, activity rooms, well maintained and beautiful complex and very friendly atmosphere. My mom loves living there and we really enjoy visiting her there too. There are rentals as well as lots of inexpensive homes available for sale. I struggle with the mask mandate but I understand the concerns of the older residents.
Love this RV community Done a lot of A/V work here. From simple "Wire clean up" to installing "out side mounted tv and audio inside and out side" of RV's. EVERYONE IS VERY NICE AND POLITE. Even the people with wifi or frustrating computer issues. Still nice as they can be. 100% recommended. Super Clean & and great golf.
We have been all over the country visiting rv parks and this is the best! We own our own place and have the best neighbors in the world. People are open, friendly, helpful and fun. All this leading to a great community. Activities abound and views are amazing, We love our time spent there.
Beautiful 55 and over Snowbird park. Lots of grass, trees, Greenery, Lakes. High end mobile housing. The opposite of trailer trash. Very friendly residence. Extremely reasonably priced. Grocery shopping and casinos are close by.
I have heard this is the best place for snowbirds in the valley. Can rent or buy. HOA reportedly less than $400 month. Lots of pools, clubhouses, activities. Haven't decided to buy or rent at present. Indio is probably an $80 Uber ride from the airport and that is a concern for us. Also don't know how often we would use it and if we would want to be tied to "a" destination. Will think on it
