Rancho Del Oro Veterinary Hospital, Oceanside CA

All of the staff are very friendly and clearly love animals. All who go here that I spoke to before trying it really love it.

They have vet appts and tech appts which are a bit cheaper so if you just need to get vaccines or nails clipped you can opt for that option but maybe that is common at every vet. Idk.

However, so far (been going to vet for about 6 months) it SEEMS like if a concern arises when you are only scheduled for a tech appt then you need to change the type of appt to discuss things with the vet. The techs will listen and advise though.

Dr. Morris has been our vet of choice since relocating to North County during COVID. Her team constantly handles my little guy with kindness, despite his anxiousness with receiving vaccines. We also appreciate the efficient, professional care we experience each time we interact with the RDO Team. Thank you for all that you do for our non-human babies.

Dr Morris is the most thorough and compassionate vet I have met in a long while! Our dog, Sydney, actually didn't shake.she wagged her tail!

Took Jinx in for routine surgery and micro chip and Azara (sp) was fantastic. She got us all checked in and checked out afterward with a warm welcoming attitude and very professionally explained the after care and medication administration. Jinx is the 3rd of our pets under Dr Morris" care and I would recommend.

My Dog is over sensitive Jack Russell/
Parson’s Terrier. Dr Morris gets him to melt in her arms. Once she held him like a baby! So Precious. As she examines him, She has a calming message he loves.

I called to make an urgent appointment but the phones were down. Luckily I had Dr Morris phone # so I texted her and she called them to reset them. My dog was seen that day and sent home by the end of the day! That's what I call excellent service!

Dr Morris and staff are the best! They have taken such good care of our fur babies over the years! Even when we moved an hour away.we still drove to Rancho Del Oro Vet Hospital.we'll never take our fur babies any where else.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re quick to answer the phone and love their patients! Dr. Morris is easy to talk to and takes time with each of her patients and their owners. I highly recommend this Vet for the greater Vista/Oceanside area!

Had an appointment to learn how to help our dog. Waited 40 minutes and no communication. We've been going here over a year and not even a call to explain reschedule appointment. Room for improvement.

I was told they’re not accepting new clients. Would be nice if they indicated that on their website.

Love this veterinarian office! The Dr is extremely knowledgeable and considerate! Our two service dogs love her! Definitely recommend to anyone with fur babies!

Good care, friendly staff, but I've been going here 5 years and have never had an appointment on time. At least 30min wait sometimes well over an hour, every time, even for just a shot. It's very frustrating especially since my dog gets very nervous and has to sit there shaking forever. I'm unfortunately going to have to look elsewhere because with a demanding job and two young kids I cannot have such unpredictability to my schedule.

14 years of AMAZING care for our Scottish Terrier! Dr. Morris has been Brodie's Dr.since he joined our family at 8 weeks. She and her staff are like family, extremely compassionate and always reassuring.

Not only are they amazing with healthcare, but Brodie has stayed with then multiple times while we are on vacation. He is always so happy and loves them all. We trust her beyond words and can't recommend the team enough.

Dr Morris is caring and compassionate and a most excellent surgeon. She has been taking care of our family pets for many years. My dogs are senior large breed mixes and with her care and recommendations for diet and nutrition they are 12 year olds that look and act like much younger dogs

Love Dr Morris but the appointments aren’t fast. Each time I’ve had to wait AT LEAST an hour before we’re taken care of or have had to drop off and come back at the end of the day to pick up my dog; and those times he hadn’t been seen until it was AFTER hours. Very stressful. We spend lots of money here and definitely a lot of time so be aware it could take all day for your appointment

We really appreciate Dr. Morris, and the staff, who helped our cat through some really difficult issues. Thank you for the last two years you added to our cats life.

I brought my German Shepherd, Grady, in for a routine check up. A vet visit can be a stressful experience for a Shepherd (and their owner) but the experienced & friendly staff at RDO made the experience for us a total breeze. So conveniently located as well.
