7 Dr. MacEwan was absolutely kind and put me at ease right away. She is the ENT doctor I will always go to! Rancho ENT brings back the quintessential simple doctors office experience and charm that is missing in the US healthcare system. Doctor and patient direct interaction is as good as it gets with this practice. Dr. MacEwan answered all my questions and gave me an awesome game plan for my treatment. Natasha at front desk for warm and welcoming and very helpful throughout.

Dr. Wadhwa took great time addressing all my ear problems. Explained all my options and gave suggestions. He was very thorough. I will be going back to review the results after my tests come in. I am still amazed how much time he took with me. His staff was exceptional also. Very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I would give 6 stars if I could. I went to another ear doctor at Eisenhower in Palm Springs and nearly saw the Dr. For 7 minutes and was told to come back in 3 months. The difference was like night and day between the two.
Dr. Whadwa is very nice, unfortunately most the time you deal with the office staff who is not. They are not very helpful, extremely slow on getting anything done, you have to wait and wait for an appointment, they never have any available then say they will squeeze you in, which is nice of them but never seems to work out, between changing the day of your appointment, then being mad you have a different day noted, rescheduling, or cancelling on you, I think they are just too busy to care about their patients. If you value your time and health go elsewhere. The office manager is demeaning and obviously doesnt care about the patients predicament. Go somewhere that values its clientele and acts like it.
So far it’s been a long process to get help for my child. The office is very slow at acknowledging their patients needs and following up accurately. I’ve discussed this at length with their office manager who was defensive on the phone. I started in early March, it’s end of April, still waiting on insurance approval. The doctor was fine, but I constantly feel like I’m calling to get any updates on our case, our next steps, etc.
I’m lucky I have time during my day to make lots of phone calls, I’m sure not everyone can say the same. Wish I was working with a more diligent team that followed up for me.
Dr. Wadhwa is a true professional and his staff is amazing! Before seeing Dr. W. I was having major issues breathing through my nose It has been a few months since my nasal surgery And I am now not only breathing better but feeling better as well. Dr. W. Has my highest possible recommendation. Thanks!
Dr. MacEwan and Amy have been wonderful caring for me. I have been very nervous about my procedure and from day one they have worked to keep me at ease. I have received calls from both to follow up on my status. Both take time to answer any questions or concerns. Great team, would recommend to anyone. They even take time to explain my insurance benefits and how my billing will work. Thank you to all the team.
