Rancho Family Medical Group- Murrieta

Pretty terrible experience for both my wife and myself, we will now be looking for a new office to go with. My personal experience was first visit, I was 20 minutes early, wasn't taken back to the exam room until 50 minutes after my appointment time, then waited another 35 minutes in the exam room before being seen for 5 minutes. Second visit couldn't schedule me until 5 months from now. Just terrible.

MA's are helpful however the physicians take a very long time to see you. I had a time allotted and it's very aggravating that they expect you to wait beyond that time. I was late to work and wasted an hour and wasn't even seen by Dr. Bernardo.

Every time I call the office I’m on hold for 15 min or more. They charge the same for a phone consultation with a nurse as a doctor visit, the price $300. I’m looking for another dr.

Another one of the worst Doctors in the Area. I guess it’s good when you make so much money that you can refuse to see patients. Dr. Rome Walter and this office has poor service and shouldn’t be in service to veterans at all. I had been waiting for this appointment for 4 MONTHS just to be refused. This is ridiculous and if he doesn’t want to serve Veterans, he should remove them from his patient list of availability. Or maybe he does like veterans as a whole but didn’t want to serve this colored veteran

Dr Bernardo is a Professional physician provides excellent care for her patients.
