Amazing venue! Lots of parking available. Huge dance floor. Quiet serene environment. Staff was nice.

This has been the worst experience. We had a friend’s wedding, and their customers service was TERRIBLE. They refused to help the event planners set up and at one point exclaimed “Who are you to tell me what to do? ” The bartenders were late and at one point they had all of their staff including bartender serving themselves drinks and eating the food meant for the guests. This was the worst experience. Please choose any other venue to have your special day.

Jose is absolutely heartless and plain rude. Unfortunately; he is the owner of the ranch. Someone should really teach him about customer service. If you are looking for a venue to celebrate an important day, this is NOT the place. Trust me! Run and don’t look back. Long story short on a rainy and cloudy day he refused to put up tents to protect the guest from rain. Even though he was charging an extra $500 for each tent. We were willing to pay for 4. He finally gave in after 4 hours of asking him. By then guest, decore and other items were wet from rain. Sadly this could have been prevented. During the wedding reception we had to move guest while Jose and his unprofessional crew built the tent on the dance floor. Start to finish it took about about 1 to 1.5 hours to put up. As if that wasn’t bad enough. His staff helped themselves to food, liquor, and other items that were meant for guest. Their bartenders were constantly drinking liquor and eating while on the job. Their bathrooms were leaking water from the roof and flooding the bathroom floor. Toilet paper and trash over flowing. Please please believe me when I say there are better and safer places to host your special event. Preferably a business that cares for its customers. The place is very good, I liked the food and the attention. It was very good. There is only one detail, there is no signal for the phone, that is what is missing, but as far as the rest is concerned, it is very good.

I recently hosted a special event and chose an event venue that exceeded my expectations. The venue's elegant ambiance, flexible space, and attentive staff made the occasion truly memorable. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, the event venue provided a seamless and exceptional experience for both me and my guests.

That's a nice place for any kind of party!
I really recommend this place, super big with stage included and many more things for your celebration.

I didn't know the place. I recommend it for your parties, peace of mind from annoying neighbors and private access.

Concept is good in middle of two mountains overseeing a sun set ok that idea is a 5.
Venue needs alot alot of improvements restrooms are horrible no runing water the day of event no one showed up to service them sound system provided by venue is trash the road leading up to venue is horrible you need a jeep or a baja style truck roads are bad everything everything is sold seperate
I was told this cost around 20k? At that price the least they can offer is runing water a large restroom facility and a decent road some shade would have been nice since there is none

Restroom are mot enough for a party of 100 or more.theres No shade during day.location is far far away just like on shrek

Absolutely amazing place to host a party the attention to detail along with the people who manage this place is superior. They have multiple areas for smaller parties up to 300 guests or areas for 500 plus. Dancing show horses who are just gorgeous. In particular Zoro a Friesian horse just majestic. I can not emphasize how attentive and helpful the staff and owner are. If you're looking for a beautiful place to host your next event check them out. Ask for Aurora she's great!
