15Marlyn, our leasing consultant, was THE best! She went above and beyond in helping us find our first apartment. We had a budget, certain expectations we wanted in the apartment and she literally took her time in building us a customized plan to go look at various options at our convenience. She made the process super easy, was very communicative, & easy to talk to as we expressed our interests and answered all of our questions!
I wrote a maintenance request to fix the sliding screen door on the patio on Monday morning. Within minutes Jose and Antonio were there to do the job. They fixed it in about a minute, were gracious and courteous. I really appreciate the quick response.
Jason Pecheck from the leasing office is awesome. He has helped me with various challenges that I have encounter through the past year and is always prepared with a solution. Today I was having difficulty setting up a simple account to acquire renter's insurance. But Jason was nice enough to take the time to walk me through and help me set up my account. Thank you Jason for always going out of your way to help even with something very simple.
The maintenance department is great and very communicative. They came out within a few hours to look at my heater/air conditioner concern and expedited all the necessary repairs needed to have it like new again. Very nice complex with plenty of parking and is the quietest I've experienced in an apartment
Its a big regret to rent an apartment in this rental property. Nobody is in the office and when I call the office after a long voice message it asks to leave a message but never heard any response back or follow up. Security is not accessible and when they answer the call they have a long delay to send a patrol to report the problem. There is no code for dogs and some tenant have big dogs which are not suitable for apartment. Too much noise and also some tenant sublease their apartments. Still the biggest issue is empty office and no management response
Wow. What service! The maintenance team came to fix our entry door lock within an hour of me placing my request and now it works 10x better- without fear of being locked out! They also checked on all of the smaller items my roommate and I submitted on our move-in inspection log that I hadn't mentioned over the phone.including documenting marks on the floor and replacing the entire front of our dishwasher so that the soap will dispense correctly! They were so efficient and respectful! It only took them about 20 minutes and they left before my next meeting started! I truly appreciated their quick response and great service while I was working from home!

I have lived here for a number of years. It hasp beautiful grounds and pool area. My apartment is comfortable and the maintenance crew fix things in a timely and efficient manner. Office staff is helpful and friendly. They help with the use of log ins, lease updates, and maintenance requests. I recommend Rancho Maderas wholeheartedly.
Do not rent at rancho madera apartments homes
No checklist upon moving in, people with less than $45000 income rent and sub lease here, worst dog breads are left unleashed and finally, you will receive $0 back from your deposit
Maintenance technician is always quick and competent. No need to worry about any trouble in the apartment.
It is not worth it. You can easily find better apartments with same price. The location is very noisy especially apartments facing Ralphs Store and Heritage Way Street. You hear trucks and grass cutters 100 times per day specifically from 2am to 11am. Lizards and rats are moving all around the neighborhood. Pools are usually dirty and useless. Trashes are always full and smell terrible.
I just move here in May. I love it here! The office manger Nicole, Caesar, Calvin and the maintenance manger and the crew was very friendly. They had my home so pretty and ready even in this strange pandemic. I had to move for medical reason. I am truly home and love it!
We have been living in the Maderas for over 3 years now and I have to say that the maintenance crew is always and consistently very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance requests get taken care of quickly and efficiently. We appreciate all the attention and care we receive from the Rancho Maderas team.
I moved into a townhouse at Rancho Maderas about a month ago and am loving it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance staff, who are so quick to respond to any request- no matter how small.
Our self guided tour was great! Callum was super nice and knowledgeable. Social distancing practices were followed and we got to look at both furnished and empty homes.
