My first time at this office was today and I was very impressed. Dr. Evans was so kind, took his time with me and made one feel genuinely appreciated. Staff were all absolutely wonderful, accommodating and kind. The office is spacious and clean with a large selection of frames from which to choose. I am so delighted to have found them. I am a senior citizen and look for excellent customer service. I found it here. Great experience from start to finish.

I was impressed with the personal attention I received. Staff very efficient and professional. Dr. Evan’s background and knowledge impressive. I am encouraged that he and Damien will help me gain eyesight.

We have been going to Dr. Evens for many years and it is always great service and they pay such careful attention to your eyes and their health. When you get to choose your glasses and lens afterward, Damian is always a great help

I am an 85 year old male having 4 eye surgeries over the years. Dr. Lee was understanding and performed my eye exam with my concerns in mind. The glasses fitting was also skillful. I was thoroughly satisfied.

We had an appointment at 11 but the receptionist said we can come in at 9. When we arrived they had us waiting after waiting an hour they said they will see us at 10: 30 why wouldn't they tell us that at 9 when we arrived. We rushed for no reason. Just loss a new customer of lack of communication. They could had easily done. The first visit was great so sad the second visit was so an awful experience.

My husband and I have been seen by Dr. Evans for the past 10 or 12 years. We receive quality eye care with the entire staff. My husband has very low vision and Dr Evans has introduced him to low vision supplies and equipment not supplied by other optometrists. I highly recommend this facility and staff.

Sorry this was not a good experience at all. I was promised Maui Jim tortoise shell glasses with my lenses in 7 days. Charged over $500,2 weeks later, no glasses.

My first time and definitely not my last to this lovely place. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Covid safety protocols evident as well which was comforting. My exam was thorough, every question/concern I had about my aging eyes addressed to my satisfaction and relief. Great selection of frames too. I finally found sunglasses that meet my active lifestyle needs, feel VERY comfortable and look good too.

They are so nice at this place and really talk with you and explain everything that is going on with your eyes. But what I am most impressed by is the front desk ladies. Alicia was so helpful with my insurance and my payment. Thank you again for the great service!

Dr. Evan's is the best. Having major eye issues for over 10 years and all I needed to do was find his office. Staff is great also.

A big joke and rip-off! My husband was assured that his insurance would pay for 80% of his visit co-pay would be $140, LIE! The $140 was for a refraction, totally unnecessary, he has been totally blind for a year, why would he need a refraction! They said it was a co-payment, lie! His insurance didnt cover anything, LIE! He took the medical DNA twice and still has no results. This place is a joke, dont waist your time or money! This is not even half of it!

As a new resident of the Rancho Mirage area, I have depended on the recommendations of trusted friends to establish new relationships with medical providers in the area. Evans Eye Care (now Rancho Mirage Eye Care) met the high standards that I expecting - and more! The office is very efficient. I was seen immediately, despite being early for my appointment. The pre-exam was quick, pleasant, and thorough, with each procedure thoroughly explained. Dr. Lee was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and thorough, taking the time to show me the results of my retinal exam and explaining how and why my eyes were in good health. Damian, the optician, is a superstar. I am disabled, and he graciously went to every display case to bring recommended frames for me to try on. He must have brought me 50 choices and helped me winnow down the options to the ideal pair. But then, the best part: since they take my vision insurance, my bill was so low it took my breath away. It is now only 5 days later, and my new glasses are in already! I couldn't be more pleased and will enthusiastically recommend this establishment far and wide.

Love this place! Friendly staff, beautiful office easy parking. Dr. Lee was on time, articulately explained my eye issue and the course of action required. Damian is exceptional with eyeglass fitting and lens choices. Can’t say enough- that’s why I have been a loyal patient for years.
