This is a great Vet. They take into consideration what a person can actually afford, and works with us for the best option for our pet. Of course sometimes they're limited with what a pet needs, but they try their hardest to do right by the pet and the owner.

This is the second time I’ve brought my 4 year old Rottie (Hazel) in and the staff has been beyond amazing. Our previous vet, which I won’t name gave me anxiety when bringing Hazel in (he may have just not liked rotties but idk), in turn making me not want to take her to the vet all together.
My friend suggested I take her to Rancho Pet Hospital because she had such a great experience with them with her dog so I thought I would give it a go. Let me tell you all of my anxiety has gone away, the staff is amazing with Hazel and they are beyond friendly. Hazel had split her nail and needed it to be treated and is now on the mend. The prices are very fair and they truly care about the well-being of the pets. I highly recommend them!

Got my kitten fixed. They are gentle and explain everything to you -multiple times, if needed. It seemed expensive, but actually is reasonably priced compared to other vets.

The doctors were super helpful and informative with pricing! They helped explain everything to someone who hasn’t been to the vet before! Super quick and efficient and clean!

Posting under anon. They are good vets. They seem to care about the animals a lot and take gentle care when they are receiving care. I don't think the puppy package is worth it. The only fee they waive are the "exam" fees. If you have to send something off to get tested that is not covered in the package and will cost you around 200 depending on the test. Also, the monthly heartworm and other monthly medications aren't covered. 370 dollars for a puppy package? I have already spent 600 at this point including the package. Wouldn't recommend it. Pay as you go.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Ravi, He did not gave a proper treatment. Avoid this place.

I have been going here for about 5 years. Recently for my dogs 2nd CCL surgery there was a mishap in which a tech made a mistake. At first I had some frustrations, but people are people, and sometimes mistakes are made. I am in the service industry and probably understand these things happens more than most people do.

Today I was able to speak with Dr. Ravi and he apologized and handled the situation with class. The mishap itself wasn’t a huge deal and the overall well being of my dog was fine, and her surgery went perfectly smooth. The customer service is why I have been a customer for as long as I have.

I will continue to bring my two cats and dog, and recommend this place for those looking for a trust worthy relationship with their vet.

Needed to bring my German Shorthaired Pointer of 9 years of age into the doctor today as he ended up having a seizure the other day. Talk about scary. The doctor was very thorough. We're running lab tests. I did my research on the type of drugs that can be used to help prevent further seizures. Dr prescribe phenobarbital 30 mg take 1.5 tablets today and watch how he responds.
Eating is up. He's still active. He did take a nice nap. Waiting on blood test results. If something changes I will come back and update my post but otherwise right now I'm very pleased they were very attentive no concerns. Oh by the way!
If you are a senior citizen over the age of 60 ask for your discounts. If you find a discount online and the doctor will match the online prices at a real Pharmacy. If you don't ask you don't get.

I've taken all of my pets here and the service is great! The staff really listen to my concerns and never recommend unnecessary medications/procedures. They are so good with my pup. Finding a good vet is rare, I'll be a long term customer here!

We have taken our dogs to Rancho Pet Hospital exclusively for about 4 years now. The staff has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Ravi is great at explaining procedures and services as well as being very up front and genuine. It is a huge relief to have our little ones so well taken care of when they need any health services.

We had our dog spayed and they were great. Checked on her the next day and are available for questions.

We have been using Rancho Pet Hospital for years. They take excellent care of our girls. This week our elderly dog was in for dental surgery. The office kept us informed of changes to the estimate and how she was doing during surgery. The Dr's and staff really care for the pets entrusted to them.

They were able to squeeze me in for a same day appt. And they were busy. The doctor that is there is very good - staff is professional - zero complaints. I would recommend this vet. Of course nothing is perfect 100% of the time, but this is my second visit and both have been perfect.

They are WONDERFUL! We called and they were able to get us in quickly. Entire staff from techs to doctor were very thorough.
