Rancho San Diego Inn& Suites, El Cajon

I find it very odd this this hotel is the most expensive in that area but is infested with roaches and have druggies all over the property

The motel itself is what you would expect it to be. But I found the employees of this particular place to be more on the overbearing and a few times just plain rude. I know we are in difficult times right now but that is no excuse to treat people in that kind of manner.

I love they're television set up you just talk to the remote and it will play what you want. It's awesome. Super friendly staff as well.

Excellent services and excellent respectful Staff.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable and dog friendly.

For the price they charge the rooms are poor condition when I stayed there the tv did not work I had to be moved on top of that you have people slamming doors and screaming all hours of the night. The ground is so dirty it's got black tar substance on the ground from beer or soda stains. This establishment needs to take more pride in the upkeep for 160 dollars a night.

Got the room with jacuzzi because it was the last one.but Tv was not on, no soap or shampoo. Ask the front desk and she claim it was there, off course already told it was non there. I left it at that. I was not happy.

If your financial situation isn’t great and you can’t afford to rent a hotel. Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites is a place for you. Very quite, safe, with great rooms, great prices, management that will accommodate you, let’s not forget housekeepers, who will always knock at your door to find out if there quests need anything. The hotel room wasn't even worth the price where the area was at. This hotel is sketchy and I felt unsafe.

Very disgusting. We check in and found it to be very poor an not managed. The bathroom window was missing and the tub had been patched ghetto was an understatement. Non the less went to have dinner and when We came back we found bed bugs in the bed. Of course they claimed to not find anything and refused a refund. I'd never go here

The floor was sticky, there was plastic wrap covering the smoke detector. The shampoo/ body wash dispenser in the shower wad empty.there were scary people hanging around the parking lot. The hot tub was closed.

As soon as I had got into the hotel I immediately regretted it and there were sketchy people around I also couldn't get a refund (only stayed in the room for a few minutes) 300$ wasted

Parking lot is a mess, trash everywhere, paint looks old, place looks like it’s on its last leg

Star? ! I think even 1 star is tooooo much for this nasty disgusting and dirty hotel. Hotel?
Imagine you can’t even use the elevator bc of nasty smell there

DON'T STAY AT THIS FLEABAG OF A PROPERTY! Unless, of course, you like being around numerous pit bulls and sketchy people. Not a great area. Lots of cops around, though. Btw, the "breakfast" comes in a paper bag - if you want a milk to go with it, they'll gladly sell you a small carton for $5! And hopefully your TV will work; mine didn't have a remote, and the replacement ceased working after a bit of viewing.

Not so bad it use to be Best western is good to sleep in a bed then in the car no homeless for few weeks so for now won't sleep at different places thanks for asking God bless everyone
